The shipment was way too late
The shipment was way too late, it is taking more than a week and I still dont have it. With products like this (relevant for birthdays, surprises, celebrations) it is key to be able to count on delivery times.

Thank you for your review. I can understand that you are disappointed that you only received the package today. At the time of your order, we had a notice on our website stating that we would not be delivering again until January 10 due to our annual inventory. It is possible that you overlooked this message. We ultimately handed your package over to DHL on January 9, but I see that there was also a delay in delivery and that the package was only delivered today instead of January 10. We apologize for this! For your next order, you can assume that orders placed on working days before 3 p.m. will be handed over to DHL the same day. Normally, they will be delivered the next day, provided nothing goes wrong during the sorting process or on the driver's route.

It’s very pitty when you pay for delivery 19 eur and delivery company goes not through DHL but through another post company. You should wait your item for a long term.

They deserve five points. Only disappointment were the shipping costs as it said free shipping in the beginning.
