I think the app is great really straight forward and a great selection of games however the withdrawl process is very very poor compared to other sites. Your money gets taken instantly and deposited in seconds but takes a long time to recieve any winnings. I have had to contact customer services a few times for updates as I dont have any status on my withdrawl. It let's the site down massively

Not a good site you never win and all games are fixed the most you get from a spin is between 5p to 32p so waste off time joining i been playing for years and never actually won well nothing more than 32p

disgusting dismissal I’ve been a long loyal customer for a VERY. Long time. Well today. You closed my account, I enquired about my withdrawal. The guy with the crap job abruptly takes my personal information given the trust of his services, I get back your banned all 6 accounts / excuse me… all 6 accounts. How can you say I’ve got 6 accounts all of sudden. After many deposit and deposits and enquiries furthermore I only just updated my phone and got back into gaming with Lottoland after losing access to my main email anyways cut the story straight …. Ripped of 120 today. Never even become a concern to these apparent accounts. Lottoland was always my favorite site but things have been awful lately. I cant log in on my laptop so i have to play using the browser. Then they now always ask for a code they send to my email. So i can only get that by logging out of browsing and in on my normal account. I have been playing Bonanza for years and some days i win and some days i lose. But recently nothing week after week. So gave up in end. Played the same game on Meccabingo and its good back to how it was before on Lottoland. Dont say its luck Friends who also use Lottoland have also been unable to log-in so have moved to other companies

Since the 19th of June withdrew my winnings and over a week later. They have not paid out. Asked to send everything, bank statements etc and still nothing. Customer services is bad. Every 3 days l sent an email raising this issue and all lm told is to give them 3 days or 72 days.

Overall site is actually decent at big payouts but trying to get that money is ridiculous, pointless them even having a live chat cause there’s zero chance of speaking to a human even they’re AI is shocking. More twitter pages than Elon musk but cant have a customer support contact number. If these small but vital issues and easily sorted Lottoland would be a good site to use but these issues make it the worse. I guaranteed have lost them 1000s of customers that can be easily sorted with better management

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service and Unreliable Lottoland

I’ve had nothing but issues with this platform. The live chat option is completely useless – I’ve tried reaching out countless times, and they never respond. As for withdrawals, it’s a complete nightmare. I’ve withdrawn funds multiple times, only for them to be sent back to my account with no explanation. It feels like they’re doing everything they can to prevent you from actually accessing your money, leaving you with no choice but to give up.

What’s worse is their handling of bets. I placed a bet on a football match where my team won, but to my surprise, they marked my bet as lost. I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer support for ages, but they just ignore you. It’s beyond frustrating.

In summary, avoid this platform at all costs. Poor customer service, unreliable transactions, and outright unfair practices make it a waste of time and money.

I have since the 19th of June been waiting for my funds amounting to £1747 to be withdrawn to my account. I have given every documentation required, PDF bank statements, proof of address, proof of deposit from my bank into my lotto land account for every transaction made (only 3 times I deposited so not hard to follow up). My incident reference is 250620-000111. I would like my funds back as I have not done anything wrong and I have cooperated with all the many documentation requests that were asked for. As I was told that I would receive a response in 72 hours after the second round of further documentation including sending pictures of both my debit cards used to deposit the funds and the time has elapsed I have sent one final urgent reminder email to support after which I will have to escalate this matter with the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner and will need to request your ADR provider. I hope you can resolve this issue as soon as possible, it is not nice to treat your customers like this. This is extremely distressing as I am in need of the funds.
I will continue to update this publicly until this matter is resolved.

Update: 30/06/2025
Still no response and have requested ADR provider details which they are legally required to provide upon request under UKGC and Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner rules, instead had a generated response changing their timeline for a response to my query from 3 working days to now 5 working days, most likely hoping I will give up. Clear regulatory misconduct and will now be escalating the matter with the governing bodies.

Impossible to enjoy long term u have a decent win after months of being a customer then you try to keep playing and total dead spins. Wouldn’t recommend

Started playing tonight had couple nice wins withdrew immediately got email saying they are processing it, so I shall wait I don’t have high hopes considering the reviews on here however fingers x. Just wanted to add my experience as I was worried I wouldn’t get my payout after the bad reviews.

I joined the site and managed to win £2500 on one of the big bass games. I requested withdrawal and next day they shut my account similar to others on here. It was difficult to get through to them but I finally got through on chat and was told I needed to verify.

I sent my docs on the Sunday via email, got hold of them on chat on the Monday spoke to james and he created a case for my docs to be reviewed. Then on Wednesday had notice that everything had been verified and the money was in my bank account.

So just follow the process it is a legit site and they do pay out!
