The so called flexi balls wouldn’t budge and then broke. They asked for photos and then have offered me £2 compensation.. when I spent a total of £12.07 including postage for absolute RUBBISH. They say they have fought for the highest possible compensation for me when I say I will go online and complain BIGTIME. Done use this firm!!!!

I played many times with lottosend and the problem is that they don't send scanned tickets
I am now playing a multidraw megamillion they sent me the first time a scanned ticket and then nothing

I wrote two reviews on Lottosend, i have spent tons of money purchasing ticket on Lottosend website, My reviews about lack of transparency & change in numbers (when i chose the number on website and number on actual ticket uploaded on the website) went unanswered from Lottosend team, am surprise to see Lottosend team comments on reviews where people appreciate the website, they need to honest in answering my concerns on the authenticity of the website because people spend hard earned money.
