Taking money without asking!
Tried to take £7.99 out of my account 4 times this morning after purchasing a few lottery tickets for £0.99 yesterday. I never agreed to any form of subscription or whatever, this was an unauthorised payment which luckily my card picked up on.

I only signed up as part of a promo and didn't keep enough of an eye on how much and how frequently this crooked site takes money. Be aware that unless you can navigate the confusing website, these parasites will consistently withdraw money from your account and make it more difficult than it needs to be to cancel. Following eventual cancellation they bombard you with cold calls too!

Bad experience with support
I joined on the 7th of July 2026 (Tuesday), joining a syndicate for £4 a week (Euromillions) which gave 10 lines (5 for Tuesday, 5 for Friday). On the 8th of July (Wednesday), I was charged another £4. I enquired about this and they said that they charged in advance. It wasn't very clear but I thought I'd keep an eye on my bank statement. However, on Friday the 10th of July, my account was disabled by them. I have been in touch with the support email address but they haven't responded to my questions (why my account was disabled, and what happened to the lines I paid for!!!), there's no clarity at all. So basically I paid for 15 lines which I lost cause they disabled my account!!
It feels like it's a scam, bad communication, no clarity when they respond.
