Purchased a LG microwave oven last month 19th from last 10 days the same is not working. Tried to contact lotus people and LG person but not at all getting a proper feedback yet. Even we have visited there store and they have promised me to give a solution by today 12 ie on 26th October 2022 at 12.pm. it is worth mentioning that now it's 3.30 no response.

Worst courier company they associated with which is DTDC they delivered my package to any 3rd person without verifying that was me or not even they not send sms before delivery or after delivery very bad experience with lotus and DTDC

--> Lotus ele also not give u traking id by mail or sms when order is placed we need to call them after that they provide us traking id (which of DTDC worst courier)

--> Nerver purches any product on 3rd class websites like LOTUS ELE go with filpkart or amezon

Worst service, half information while selling the product. I have purchased product worth 40000 RS. But can not use as there is no plug provided. Basic resources to start a product is not part of main product. Atleast should inform before selling the product. I will not buy any product from LOTUS.

I have purchased new AC for Lotus
But ac not working and delar fit used parts....and ac not working and I have found error code E4

Such a worst Service after sales, they not replying to our call, ask to call these to these number.. service registered from last 3 days ago than too no response..

All the ratings are fake.. worst services.. Do not trust on their sales person they says anything to achieve their target and make you fool..

I bought Sony Bravia 55 tv this year jan ,from lotus mahu Naka indore , sales person Shahrukh told me that this tv will work with audio system Bluetooth enabled etc. now after installation when I connect music system of Philips 5.1 it’s not working via cable or Bluetooth, even person who came for installation doesn’t know that it will work or not.
Pls do not trust on lotus communications on products , go thru with literature first ,I made mistake and paying for it. At the time of selling they will say yes for everything you ask. Posting late after 3-4 months but I feel it will help others , don’t get misguided by lotus communication ,also you may get better price in electronic market for the same product. kindly do not trust anyone here , pls check specs and prices & take call accordingly.

Worst service and number one cheaters. I asked for replacement of the refrigerator which raise the complaint for getting fungus of fresh vegetables which I stored yesterday. The person from Lotus said that they can't replace the product. Such as shameful way from Lotus.

Very inresponsible company not not responding for customers problem I had purchased cooler from lotus they failed within month, I had emailed, and record copliant by phone, also Post on Facebook wall, massanger but they are worried about problem very shameful , I had purchased cooler from lotus as brand value but they very very inresponsible.
