i paid for a item a few weeks ago and not received my item no email no calls no nothing no money back or anything

Products don't arrive and they will not refund - have raised dispute via PayPal. DO NOT USE.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Took six weeks to deliver a substandard garment.
To get a refund you have to send back to China and track which is as much as the garment.
Customer Service appauling.

Ordered 2 items back in April. 1 came within a month (ish) and not great quality really, although wasn’t expecting much, they never sent the other item. They keep saying it’s being made and will be sent but over 3 months down the line they have refused my requests for refunds and keep fobbing me off. Disgusting. DO BOT BUY FROM HERE!

I realised they are in China when PayPal came through with a Chinese address and so I cancelled the order straight away within 10 minutes of order (policy say it has to be cancelled within 24 hours or 15% discount). They said that I was too late and they had shipped my order out. They have only shipped half and took all the money for 2 items even though I had cancelled them, you would have thought they would have only taken for the item they actually send and refined me at least half of what I ordered. Judging by what I have read I doubt I will receive any of them. Total scammers. I also checked out their shipment tracking and it does not exist, you can't see anything! Let's hope PayPal do their job!

Still not received my goods, ordered beginning of May 2021. Unprofessional, not communicating properly and unable to provide a solution, with items not being in stock even though available at the time of purchase. No communication about the issue before instigating myself. Would not recommend, stay away.
