Simply logged into my account I've frequently used Loudelephant and been impressed with all my purchases, and my recent order the vegan poncho I bought for my daughter...she loves it. The material is very soft and warm and the purple and black colour was well received.

I have purchased 3 items and all were of the highest quality. one item had to be returned as i had ordered the wrong size the replaced item was returned almost by return post .excellant service.

Arrived promptly. It's huge! Very thick and warm. Gorgeous it as a cover up when camping - should do the job.

Have used Loud Elephant a number of times and have always been happy with the items ordered and delivery. Unfortunatley, for my last order they sent the wrong item. It only took one email to inform them and they immediately sent out the correct item and also supplied by email a prepaid returns label for the incorrectly delivered item. I was really impressed with their after sales service. Other retailers would have wanted the return of the incorrect item before sending a replacement. You can always tell how good a retailer is by the way they deal with after sales problems. I will be puchasing for them again.

Have bought several jumpers from LoudElephant and they are very good. Recent one had a problem with it but it was swiftly sorted out.

I returned my article a number of times to find the right size as their size small was very small. BUT that was my choice and problem as it depends how you like jumpers to fit. Loud Elephant were patient and efficient at every stage and friendly to deal with. I would definitely use them again.
