All the necessary equipment was provided. Location is central, quiet but lively. Beds are comfortable. Only caveat is the wifi that is totally hectic. Overall this was a great place to stay.

The phone contact with Eugenia has been excellent,but the appartment owner not helpful at all to fix the issue with the broken toilet seat as she mentionned she knew about it,not to mention that three people can’t take a shower the same day as hot water isn’t consistently available.

Absolutely perfect!
The apartment was perfect. A very professional and pleasant rental service. The apartment was well equipped, clean, nicely decorated and safe. The location is fantastic - away from the big crowds of tourists, allowing for a more authentic Venetian experience. Everything is still within easy walking distance and the perfect location for visiting the Venice Biennale. I plan to stay there again!
