Louie Removals 

I have paid a deposit for a house move and now I need to move, I am getting no response from the company. I have emailed, sent a WhatsApp message, tried to call and was cut off and then no one answered. I have now found a company to help me but I want my £89 deposit back. Don’t trust this company!!

I was dealing with one guy for my move and checked to confirm the week before only to be told he had left and to contact their info@ email. I had no reply to that subsequent email so had to book with another company last minute. I have emailed and called since and zero response and they have not returned my £50 deposit.

I heard about LouieRemovals from a friend of mine and they really did a great job. Proessional behaviour, fast show up and friendly lads.

Had to move house for the first time in my life, so I was quite overwhelmed and kind of clueless to be honest. A friend recommended Louie Removals, and I frankly didn’t know what to expect. They were fantastic however, super fast and focused, but genuinely nice people, had a good chat and they gave me some advice on moving house as this was a first to me. I used a company that I used regularly but was let down last minute so I was forced to look for a new company, my friend referred me to Louie Removals. I was slightly hesitant to change but I trusted my friend judgement and hired the team of five to move my 4 bed house including a collection of personal artifacts that have huge sentimental value as well as some artwork from my collection, all very important to me. I left everything to them to pack, wrap and move. Everything arrived in prestige condition and they smiled the whole way through in a very stressful moment for myself. These guys are genuinely lovely and I can’t thank them enough. I highly support this team and would recommend other elderly people to use their power!

I invited the team back to carry out another move for me, this was returning a 250kg BBQ i ordered in error and getting rid of some furniture for me and collecting some art work for me. A rather complex job with lots of moving parts.. this was a different team, but equally polite and super helpful. The art seller even said how great the team were. Thanks again for your help!
