Excellent experience from start to finish. Tracked from dispatch to arrival. Arrived surprisingly quickly especially as it was the period between Christmas and New Year. Beautiful ring of great quality and craftsmanship. Came in a lovely presentation box with bag and a cleaning cloth. I was sceptical about ordering from Louiiy but needn’t have been. My experience has been totally favourable. Would not hesitate to order from them again.

They have fake reviews on there, I received a dime store ring about 6 weeks after I ordered it not what I ordered never heard back from them regarding a refund this is totally a scam website.

Be careful with this site. I bought 2 rings, yes they are nice but one ring turned silver from gold within 1 week. Warranty is pointless if you live in USA. It costs $170 to ship back to them from California, which is double the price of the ring and the buyer has to cover the shipping costs. Also the site only shows 5 star reviews, it refuses to accept any reviews other than 5 star reviews. I put a 1 star review and it’s not on the site, I put a 5 star review to test my theory and my review is instantly there. So once again I tried to give another 1 star review and again it Refuses to show my 1 star review. Will not purchase from there again.

This company is refusing to refund my return even though I have followed all of their guidelines for the return. They owe my over $400. Never use this company!!!

Fun faux jewelry. Beautiful designs, correct fit and look real. Shipped quickly and had excellent customer interaction. Great for travel. And if someone doesn’t understand they are getting costume jewelry on this site…the awesome prices should be your first sign.

I purchased 5 rings and a pair of earrings from Louily. The descriptions stated the diamonds were created in a lab. Lab made diamonds test as diamonds, as they are created of the same elements and under the same conditions as naturally formed diamonds. I brought all the pieces into a jewelry store because I wanted to have the earrings reset in solid gold. The jeweler tested the stones and they were no form of diamonds, not lab, natural, or even moissanite. ALL the stones are cubic zirconia or glass.
This company is defrauding consumers selling their product as lab made diamonds. They absolutely are not!
If you’re looking for pretty glass jewelry, buy it. But let the buyer beware…..it is NOT what it says in the description!

Very beautiful, affordable jewelry. I use it as travel jewelry so I don't sweat it if it gets dirty or even lost. I didn't like one item they sent and they quickly sent a replacement and were very easy to work with. Look forward to ordering more jewelry from them!

Rings are everything you'd expect them to be cheap but at least made well, but do not expect to get the correct rings the first time. You will almost more then likely be sending the rings back to get the correct size, or they will over you 20 dollars for compensation to get the ring(s) resized when most places cost you 50-75 to resize. Almost every order I've done through this company have been terrible experiences (at least 3) and do not plan to re order from them, was my fault for not returning the ring on time because I was on vacation for the whole duration of the 30 days return warrenty but got the jewlery for vacation and have not worn but once and it falls off. I would almost recommend to find a different place to order from, from my experiences. I hoped it would get better but never did and I will accept my losses but hope to inform others just incase they want to order from here

The ring was the wrong size and the stones were cubic zirconia (had it verified from a jewelry store), not lab grown diamonds as advertised. I should have read the reviews before buying from this company.

I am absolutely head over heals in love with my engagement rings. They are incredibly beautiful. The rose gold
and blue sapphire are simply phenomenal. The fit is true to US size. I've read the other reviews and we'll see where we are in a few months. I'll be as honest then as I am now, but right now, I'm in loooooove..😍

We ordered my ring, and it was in here in less then two weeks. When it got here it had a diamond missing and wasn't the correct size. So I sent a little message explaining the situation. And the next day the had the new ring being sent out! With the correct size and all the diamonds in it. I can't wait to say I do, thanks guys!

It came packaged so nicely in purple wrapping. It fits perfectly and the scrolling on the sides is lovely. I just love Art Deco! Get so many compliments.Looking to find more from this seller.

Please buyers be aware of this companies products, purchased 2 items less than 6 months ago and the quality has dropped 75%, the simulated stone has lost its sparkle, the band has now got several stones missing, I could have put a pound in an egg machine and got better quality for what I paid for these, products are warranted but we have already had one replacement, no faith in their returns policy.

I purchased an item from this company over a year and a half ago. I said I wanted to return it if they try to entice me to keep it but I refused. I sent it back and every time I contacted them they told me they didn’t receive it. Now it’s been over a year and the tracking info is invalid, they basically kept my money for a product I sent back.

Louily jewelry is one of the worst companies I have ever ordered from. I sent my product back and they are refusing to give my money back, they only will give store credit "if" they receive it. According to my Fedex tracking, it is sitting in their building but they say it was never received. Total Scam

I cancelled my order and they took my money. They won't give it back, they won't cancel my order, they block you on all social media so you can't give bad reviews. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!
