Scammers!

I’m 3-weeks in and I haven’t received my order yet. I emailed them 3x and all I get are blank replies. I guess they got tired of the irate messages from unhappy customers. Now the prospect of the gaudy, fake Chinese pieces I just read about arriving are even worse. Lousy swindlers!

Shitty quality

Shitty quality, don’t look like the website. They are using fake jewlery or AI in there ads. Earings broke after 5 minutes of wearing. Huge scam

It’s horrible

It’s horrible. The color is so ugly and I really wanted to like it. It’s very dark. Does not look anything like real gold. It’s almost laughable. And it’s embarrassing to wear because it’s so obvious that it’s not real gold. I just feel like it was a waste of money cause I don’t wear it at all because it’s unattractive. And their advertisement tactics are distasteful because they try to pull on your heart strings. Weird.

Great quality and value for the price

Great quality and value for the price. I have several items and 90% of them are what I reach for to wear daily. There have been a couple of items that I wouldn't recommend but LC has refocused on quality and made some changes for the better. 100% recommend!

Louise Carter is a total scam

I ordered 10 pieces - four days later they changed the order to only include 5 of them instead FOR THE SAME PRICE. They claimed it was a system error and refused to cancel the order and "shipped out" the 5 items (still haven't received them). This is literally fraud/false advertising. Its like going up to the counter of a store and paying for 10 items, the clerk putting the 10 items in your bag and just before you leave the store, they take 5 items out and say "sorry too bad, we made a mistake with the price and there's nothing we can do about it". Literally INSANE.

Marketing is very captivating and well…

Marketing is very captivating and well put together. I haven’t actually purchased and I’m glad I didn’t. Their IG page has no comments which is a huge red flag for fraud when looking for a quality product. It typically means they delete all the comments that try to warn people of their experience. Good I looked this up before buying. Will be blocking this company so I stop getting ads and keep shopping around.

No customer support whatsoever

No customer support whatsoever. I have never recieved anything I ordered. I keep getting emails returned with the words "NULL NULL" I am guessing that means they dont care ive spent a couple hundred bucks for their weird courier service to just keep my stuff. Customer service, other than the "NULL NULL" messages has never responded or even tried to assist me in figuring out where my stuff went to. Scam. Dont buy from this crap company

Poor quality & inaccurate tracking... surprise your package is here months later!

Tracking and customer service is a joke.

I received my jewelry two months after it shipped. Quality is sub-par.

I was recommended by a friend that had a good experience. Based on the price, I didn't really expect much for quality, but given the wait time and poor customer service (figured I would never get money back any ways) I wouldn't recommend giving Louis Carter any future business.

The original tracking provided after purchase still shows the package was list tracked at a random warehouse in my state on 9/16. Customer service sent me a tracking link that was different, claiming delivery on 10/16. The package randomly arrived a month later.

I went back to the tracking number they provided to compare the difference and I'm no longer able to access the information.

Not worth it, even with the frequent sales they run, to give them any business.

I did the$85 dollar bundle wahhhh wah

I did the$85 dollar bundle. It came today. At first I was sure i had been scammed but, I will say it only took 7 days to get here. With that being said. The packaging was uhhhh not spectacular. It looked like someone dropped in a little zip lock which is essentially what it was. Curiously one of the bags had the necklace hooked into a standard cardboard holder for jewelry with info typed on it. Nothing else did. Maybe because that one looked the most presentable I thought that one was the nicest? Now when I say that it seems like this jewelry could have been won by putting a quarter into a machine it is not an exaggeration. It literally just feels cheap by the weight of it alone. Overall I feel like i did get scammed a little. I think this is one of those you tube ads that talks about starting your own store front. Order products cheaply from yaewan where ever the heck that is and sell with your name on it. Props for the presentation in the ads and the website but that's where the praise ends. Good for whoever for being an entrepreneur but shame on you for selling basic junk. I will give the tarnish proof a good testing. Will I wear it maybe but I wanted to give as gifts and quite frankly I would be embarrassed to give this as a gift. So I will not be ordering anymore jewelry from louise Carter and I hope others see this review for their own personal knowledge but at the same time make your own choice. I wish I would have looked a little harder at reviews before my purchase.

Jewelry is not made for everyday wear

Jewelry is not made for everyday wear. Tarnishes after several wears. Necklaces are cheap; broke after I wore twice and since it had been longer than thirty days, wouldn’t replace the necklace or give me a refund. If jewelry was indeed tarnish free, like they say, they would take tarnished jewelry back and replace. If you want high quality jewelry that has a lifetime guarantee, go over to Melinda Maria. Even their customer service/support is better.

Complete farce!

Kept saying Evri had the delivery, was the same status on the Evri site for a month and customer service wouldn't do anything about it, about 20+ emails later never received the necklace and had to instruct customer service on what to do, then never received a refund. Have put a claim in with Paypal and now the website closing down...maybe other people have different experiences but I would say this is a hoax website and the actual company is Appolon Deutschland...steer clear....

Disappointing quality. Should've read reviews before ordering.

Sadly disappointed in these products. I ordered a bundle with primarily earrings, two necklaces and a ring. In my opinion the quality is very poor and no better than anything you would buy at a big box store. One of the earring sets was smashed. One half of a pair of huggie hoops wouldn't snap closed and everything looks and feels super
cheap. I bought this jewelry so I could swim in it. One trip to the pool and everything looks orange and dull. The return process is onerous, definitely seems designed to discourage returns. Should have read these reviews first. Lesson learned. This will probably all end up in the trash.

It’s hit or miss

It’s hit or miss. The rings are always great, in my experience - sturdy, beautiful, and don’t tarnish. Some of the bracelets are good if they actually fit, but some of them appear to be designed for toddler-sized wrists. Necklaces are also hit or miss. I had one break literally the first time i touched it, but I have another (the tarot card necklace) that is absolutely gorgeous and that I’ve been wearing for weeks. The quality is inconsistent, but when it’s good it’s good. Shipping also takes forever, because they’re dropshipping from China. Overall, not TERRIBLE considering you get 7 pieces for $85.
