0 star but I cant put it. Dont know where to begin - the false advertisement or the cheap dresses. I’ve only ordered a dress from here once and frankly its cheap shite. Dont buy from here.

Total scam. Uses other people's photos, possibly some AI and may just ship random seconds from other producers based on the extremely poor quality. Based in China so costs you to return item BUT DON'T as you won't get your money back because they have to pay customs duty if you put the proper value on it. This means even if you do tracked the parcel gets stuck in limbo so the courier company won't refund you either, as the parcel isn't actually lost. Next time look for UK return addresses and reverse search the image of what you are going to buy.

The biggest scam!!!
Firstly the website, the photos of each of the dresses, I later found on other websites!
The dresses took over a month to arrive
When they arrived, the quality was absolutely terrible! Reminded me of the material from Halloween costumes from when I was younger.
Lastly, the return policy is the biggest scam of all!! You have to pay for your own tracked shipping (I chose Royal Mail which cost me £30)
I also sent this parcel off at the start of the month and the company still haven't received my return!
I spent nearly £200 on wedding guests dresses!!

Absolute rip off. Be aware that the returns address for this company is in China. Tried to return 3 dresses at a cost of £42, I’ve decided to sell them on Vinted instead. Avoid this company.

The overall look is elegant and easy to style

Delivery was smooth, though I expected the quality to feel slightly more luxurious for the price.

The dress looks beautiful and feels soft, but the fit wasn’t exactly what I expected around the waist.

I wore the Stella dress to an event and felt confident the whole day. The fit is very flattering and comfortable. Only downside was that the delivery took 2 days longer than expected.

I initially ordered a dress from Loulou Couture, but the size was too small. When I contacted customer service, they offered two options: return the dress to China for an exchange (which would have taken over a month), or receive a gift voucher for the same value and place a new order. Since I needed the dress sooner, I chose the voucher option and ordered a different dress. The second dress I received after two weeks was extremely disappointing. It looked nothing like the dress i ordered on the website. The material is very poor quality, the stitching is badly done, and the overall finish feels cheap and poorly made.
While customer service did respond to my queries, the quality and accuracy of the item received have been extremely disappointing.
Based on my experience, I would be very cautious when ordering, especially if you are expecting the product to match the website images.

SCAM ***** DO NOT ORDER form this company, they are based in china, and my experience was that they didn’t even deliver my items.

I have been told that companies like this can give false tracking numbers, and I think that’s what happened in my case. They tell me the delivery was rejected yet no one attempted delivery. And as the items have “returned to sender” they have kept hold of my money.

Other reviews show something did turn up and it was nothing like the items ordered.

All of the positive reviews on here are by people who have only ever posted 1 review. Looks like they are reviewing their own business with false accounts to boost the score.

Make sure you save your time and money and AVOID!!!!

The meadow dress is soft, elegant and fits beautifully

Really lovely design and the colour matches the photos perfectly.

If I could I would leave 0 rating. Total scam. Ordered 3 dresses for my daughter’s formal/prom. Items arrived after 3 weeks. Quality really poor and not as pictured on website. When I investigated some of the dresses using google lens I discovered they were using pictures from designer websites claiming these as their own. When I requested a refund they gave me 2 options, send back via tracked delivery (only then did I find out it was to China) or keep items AND receive 100% store credit. So I obviously chose to send these cheap tacky dresses back, but had to pay £37 to return using Royal Mail tracking service (the order was £114 so in total I am out about £150).
That was a month ago, when viewing tracking info I can see it has been pending in customs in China since 28/05/26 (almost 3 weeks).
However upon researching this issue customs in China require taxes to be paid before letting the parcel through. Companies often do not want to pay these fees on returned merchandise, leaving the package in limbo. Or some overseas retailers intentionally avoid paying customs on returns, leaving packages to sit in customs so they can dodge the refund. Customs often requires the receiving company in China to actively declare the return or submit paperwork to release it.
When I have relayed this to the company all they are saying is that it is out of their hands. I contacted my bank to do a charge back.
MY ADVICE - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!!

Easy to wear, elegant, and comfortable all day. I’m impressed and would order again.

Really happy with my order, the dress looks beautiful and fits very nicely around my waist. The fabric feels soft and premium. Only reason for 4 stars is the delivery arrived a little later than expected.
