Hi! There was an issue with the shipping company, and the package was returned without giving us a chance to pick it up. After contacting Lounge customer support, I spoke with Rosian, who helped resolve the problem by arranging a new shipment.

Unfortunately, some items were out of stock, but they managed to find suitable replacements for the original order. They were very helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with via chat. They also assisted in updating the delivery address so the package could be sent quickly

Everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery. No delays or confusion at all.

I found that my sweatpants which I'd ordered from Lounge had a tiny hole in then and a faulty stitch. Thus, the product was deemed to be faulty. I contacted customer support with this and was met with the sweetest Rosina who continued to handle my case with sincere care. It ended with a great solution with my faulty product and I am very much pleased with the services and the friendly contact.

Terrible customer service. Claimed to have not received an item from my returned order even though I definitely sent it back. Customer service were absolutely no help and now i’m left paying for an item I didn’t keep with no other option. I will not be ordering from this company again.

I made my first order on 22 March 2026, but haven't received an update on shipping status since I've received a shipping confirmation. I contacted Sadie today, and she helped to set up a new shipment. I'm hoping this one will actually make its way here this time.

I really love lounge and have never had any problems before. I ordered 5 things and only recieved 4 , 20 minutes after finding this out I had already received my refund and a free shipping code (shoutout to the wonderful Elisha). It really is a great brand which rarely has problems and if it does , it is solved straight away. :)

Sabrina with Customer Service was extremely helpful and kind when resolving my issue with a faulty item! The whole thing was resolved within 10-15 minutes.

My package got lost unfortunately. When I contacted the customer service Claudia helped me really quickly! Got my package partially re-ordered, so I hope it will get delivered this time.

I buy almost all my lingeries at lounge. I love their beautiful items and the new drops every now and then! The items always fit and look exactly how they are supposed to. I will keep buying from lounge forever!

I had to reach out to customer service because I forgot to include an item in my return & Lauren from their service team responded promptly & helped resolve the issue quickly!

Sade was helpful as much as she could but unfortunately I am not very satisfied with what they have to offer me as a compensation.
