Great hot chocolate maker!
Great hot chocolate maker! Was skeptical buying from this supplier, would it actually melt whole chocolate bars and make creamy hot chocolate… well it absolutely does, my kids have fun experimenting with all sorts of chocolate top tip… fruit and nut does not work 😂. My favourite is malteasters where my children love mint aero! Worth the money!

A truly awful experience
A truly awful experience which they are unable to resolve.
Package not arrived and 2 weeks past promised delivery date.
Customer service is a joke, repeatedly saying need more time and coukd I wait. NO I WONT.
Have raised credit card dispute so hopefully hitting them in the pocket might have positive outcome.
WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN
Update 15 March.... now they are trying to negotiate a partial refund .. it just gets worse, and ticket top it all it's coming from CHINA not as described in the description. Thought u was dealing with a UK company

Well, I’ve got to say that after many posts and promises Loungon said they would refund my money. I took this with the pinch of salt that I have sprinkled on their other promises and E. T. A. Dates. You can read my previous posts for the background story. After the refund promise I contacted them to say I would write a positive Trustpilot review and here it is . Loungon put my £22.99 into my account by return so I am delighted regardless of two months of back and fore emails. Thank you Loungon you have restored my faith in human decency and compassion.
You have really made an old man happy although,I would have liked the car jumpstarter but we can’t have everything . THANK YOU AGAIN.

Doesn’t last
After being bombarded with ads, I made the decision to finally see what this product was all about as we live in a hard water area and have to constantly squeegee the shower. After using it, the water would slide off the screen but realised it wouldn’t really work after the first shower - resulting in having to reapply after each shower which is more effort than just using the squeegee each time.

The tyre black took nearly four weeks…
The tyre black took nearly four weeks to arrive with poor delivery communication.
I have used this product twice and my tyres were no different.
Admittedly it is winter so hopefully there will be an improvement in the Spring/Summer.
But at the time of this review I would not recommend this product.
