Great service from Sian at Lourí
Great service from Sian at Lourí, after ordering a frame strap and not receiving it after 15 days i contacted Lourí to make sure my order had been sent. Within half an hour I had an email reply confirming my order had been sent but had most likely been lost in the post. Sian said she’d send out another which she did. after 5 days the replacement hadn’t turned up, yet again I emailed and again a very prompt reply, I was told that if I didn’t receive it by the 7th day it’d be assumed lost again and I’d be refunded. though it took a week the replacement turned up and it’s excellent as expected.
In short excellent Lourí service, poor Royal Mail service.

Yes, Royal Mail have not been brilliant recently, but I guess with a lightened work force and social distancing measures, their efficiency is below the norm at the moment. Their usual service will return.

Great products and great communication when there was an issue with the post service. Strap is great and fidlock bottle means I’m fully packless with no cage mounts!
