This is worst experience of my life

This is worst experience of my life. They have had hundreds of thousands of my money for over a year now and I just see thousands of euros at a time disappear from my account. The person who deals with my account is the rudest man I have ever met and at one point he laughed at me when I queried why  4000 euros had disappeared out of my account. I have been trying to move my money to another bank but they are not letting it go. Today I will look to see if there is an organisation in france where I can make a complaint. I would urge anyone thinking of putting their money with this bank not to do it. I feel sick to my stomach every time I log on to my account and see more money has disappeared.
