Appears to be a fake company …

All these so called companies ending with a city name—in this case Lova-Toronto. After receiving their products, which were basically polyester, ugly and unwearable. It was like 1950s polyester housecoats masquerading as knit cardigans.
I contacted them for a refund. They answer quickly and seemingly from some call-center. Dealing with this company does not feel like you’re dealing with a company in Toronto at all. They offered a deal where they would send me the same items in different sizes for no charge. This made me think that they believe their products are crap as well as I do.
The final offer was to send me an address in China, where I would mail the product back, they would be inspected, blah blah. And then, perhaps a refund if everything looks good. I can tell you after spending money on this crap, I am not throwing any more money at this supposed company. I’ll be sending my items to Goodwill.
Watch out for any company that ends in Toronto, Montreal Vancouver. They may be following suit. Do not deal with this company.

It's a scam

It's a scam. They say they are a Canadian company but they are not. It took several weeks for me to get my item and when I did, it didn't even have a tag on it, it stunk like chemicals and was sized weirdly. When I contacted them for their "30 day return guarantee", they gave me some nonsense they would only credit me back 30% and give me an online store credit for the rest. They then hold me if I wanted a full return credit, I had to send the item back to China. And then went on to say it's cuz they are closing. If you're actually closing, why would I want an online credit??
Also, I checked reviews before ordering and there was no history at that time. Now, there are several negative reviews. I hope they will prevent my mistake.

Extremely disappointed.

They represent themselves as a Canadian company, this simply is not true. The quality of their clothing is terrible. Made in China.
Cheap fabric, poor sizing.
I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Don’t waste your money!!! This is all garbage.

Thoroughly discusted

I ordered a beautiful sweater in Dk Grey with outside seams and curved bottom. What I got was an ivory coloured extremely plain sweater that I hate! When I contacted them they told me that I had to send it to China at a cost of approx $120.00. paid just under $100 for the sweater. It made no sense to spend more than I paid for it. They said that they would give 15% refund. I am extremely disgusted that they would not do anything for me. I trusted them to be an honest company and I was wrong. I really wish that I had checked their reviews. I would have known better ti order from this company. If this has happened to you contact your credit card company to see if you can dispute the charges.

Ordered 2 XXL pants

Ordered 2 XXL pants, $70 CAD each. The measurements on-site were completely inaccurate, which I can't even prove because they have taken down the listing. The pants are thin, cleap, printed polyester, absolutely not worth the price tag, and MAYBE a North American Small. Very clearly a masquerading drop-shipping company. Doubt I will be able to return.

Lova Unwearable

Their products are such terrible quality you cannot wear them. And if you wish to return them, they must be shipped back to China at 200.00-300. per package. Don't be fooled by these people.

Scam alert

Scam alert. They advertise on social media under numerous companies but they all operate with the same MO posing as a Canadian website. Tread carefully - do your own research on Google.
