I ordered from Lovbrick January 27th naively assuming it would arrive within the 2 week window. It’s Valentine’s Day today. I tracked my package and it has traveled across the globe, I’m glad it got to see the world but I was left embarrassed because all my GF got was a card and an excuse. If it shows up I will have no use for it. I contacted support but I’m getting radio static. Just save yourself the headache and don’t purchase from this Chinese company….should’ve just got her flowers ugh.

I was worried about this product as I only read the reviews after ordering it however when it came it had all the pieces accurate to what I’d ordered and even had extra accessories which I hadn’t paid for. It took just over 2 weeks to come but I think it will make a great valentines present for my boyfriend.

They sent me the product (custom lego themed lamp item) totally un-assembled, including a hot glue stick, but no glue gun. Nowhere in the description or fine print I can see disclosed it was a "make your own" kit- it pictured an assembled product. And for &$35 plus shipping, I expected an assembled product.

I’ll save the lengthy review and skip to the end…. It’s a scam. I’m so mad at myself for falling for this bullshit company. I placed my order on January 28,2026. First “tracking” update stated my order was being assembled and shipped from China. Next update said it had cleared US Customs in Los Angeles something like 3 days later. Really? At least make your scam sound somewhat plausible. Anyway 1 day later it was on the East Coast and by the end of the day it was delivered several States away to my “front porch”…. I don’t have any goddamn porch. I sent an email in Chinese to their “customer support” center. I’m expecting a great big whadaya gonna do about it reply. Stupid cash grabbing scam for Valentines. Save your money and buy from Lego direct.

Wrong pieces
I was so excited to get this only to be disappointed. Wrong hair colour, Wrong colour top, had 2 left side legs. No response from seller so fixed the issue myself by buying the incorrect items from Ebay.
Definitely overpriced for when you receive. buyer beware.

This company is an absolute joke
This company is an absolute joke. Firstly it comes in plastic bags and you have to make it yourself but there is no instructions so I do not know how to put the base and love heart together, I emailed asking for instructions and the only one they sent was how to put the people together ? I asked again for instructions on the love heart as all I had was pieces of red and they again sent me the wrong instructions. Who sends pieces not constructed without instructions !
I then received the wrong hair colour and have been battling with them for over a week now non stop to get the correct hair colour sent, they continually ignore the request and send some bulls*it AI type replies. This is for my best friends wedding and I am extremely disappointed. It was not cheap to buy and they are an awful scam company that needs to be shut down. do not buy from them !!!

I emailed their support to cancel my order within a hour of making it because I wanted to upgrade. They refused to handle my request and kept saying that ”a lot of work and custom craftsmanship has been put into it” and kept refusing it. Then a few days later I get a email that it has been shipped. Kept writing with them and they started offering 10,20,30,40,50,60 etc… back. I refused and said I already order another and don’t need two and told them to provide a prepaid return parcel. Nothing. Fast forward to now when I got it a month later. It’s a plastic bag of overpriced Lego pieces I need to put together myself. So much for ”lot of work and craftsmanship” and no returnpacel in the box. Emailed them again, if they won’t handle it I will make it a legal matter.

Very difficult to deal with
Very difficult to deal with. Ordered and paid for premium shipping. Delivery driver delivered at the wrong place so never recieved it. When I contacted for a refund, the response was that they'd reschedule a re delivery. Ive since then had to tell them 3 times I want a refund and not a re delivery. Im still battling.

Very fake in reality, nothing like the pictures on page
The bricks are nothing like the pictures, the flower pieces are different, they totally confused my order, i ordered 2 different hairpieces, I got 2 exact same ones. The heart for the gift box is 3x smaller - not that big like on the pictures and the faces are not painted on but it’s a very cheap print. Very cheap. Don’t buy. It’s a scam. They won’t return your money
