This blanket is soft and was for keeping the bed dry just like it promises

Well, my bed is NOT soaked with cu-....water I have spilt all over the 4'x5' blanket I have purchased *side eye* So I would recommend this to friends who are SoOoOoO clumsy and spill things all over their bed. Only spills.... >.> It is great for spills. Will not bleed through, and you will not have to wash your sheets every night, since we... Spill water on our bedding every night.... <.<

Placed an order 9/28. Today is Oct. 9th and according to the website, it hasn't shipped

I have emailed customer service twice and sent a message through 'Contact Us' form on their website

Customer service does not exist

I was so excited for this blanket but mine was defective, and leaks through as a normal towel would. I would have expected much more considering the cost of the blanket.
I contacted customer service but received blanket statement responses that didn’t address my actual concerns, and no offer for a replacement. Just a 60% refund on a defective product if I paid the cost to ship it to china.

I love the blanket. I haven't tested the waterproof aspect yet. The blanket is super soft and covers my queen size bed completely.

Just overall amazing blanket. Works wonders!!!

Best investment. I don’t need to do our sheets nightly now! Didn’t care for the pillow wedge but the blanket is awesome. :)

Partner is very "Yellowstone" during our love-making. This blanket works VERY well in absorbing liquids, only suggestion I have is to make one that isn't furry, for warm weather.

Customer service for this company sucks. Don't bother reaching out to them if you do decide to order because they either won't answer you or won't care about what you have to say and just give you a blanket response. Not worth the money. Buy a cheaper one off Amazon and get it waaaaay faster as well as cheaper that you actually get to enjoy using instead of shelling out money for a long wait and bad excuses!

Weeks delay in shipping should have been disclosed. They never shipped until I started grouching. Not good CS.
The large size blanket has a different back side than the XL blanket. The grey L seems much better and doesn't slide around and bunch up like the black XL blanket.
I never received the advertised free book or whatever it was.

Leaked right through just as bad as a normal blanket or towels would not recommend

It never arrived, tracking didn’t work. Tried to communicate with company but got zero response. Don’t use this company you are throwing away your money.

The blanket is defiantly waterproof which is very helpful and it's soft too. Great even just as a normal blanket. But amazing when you need it!

Ordered the largest, received a small one, customer service is requesting that I pay for return shipping before they ship me the correct size, for all I know, I might pay for return shipping and then they con me again, stay away.

I enjoy the product, it works as intended. Even after measuring the size b4 purchase I feel I would have been happier with a bigger one (I think I got Medium), but I was deterred by the price, which was still too high. I used a dense fleece blanket folded previously and it worked without fail for a fraction of the cost.
The material feels good to the touch, but it's very thin and it makes it feel cheap despite the high price point.
