Excellent Service
The couch is absolutely stunning, the delivery and customer care were excellent. We went to the showroom in London which was a really pleasant experience and we were so well looked after. Today the delivery was done with care and patience getting the couch into a very tight doorway. Mike and Craig were super friendly and even helped us move our old couch out. The instructions for maintenance were explained clearly and they even gave the couch a steam before leaving. 10/10 would recommend.

Incredible service from Aiden and Martin, delivered on time and assembled very heavy king ottoman storage bed without any complaints. Works brilliantly and looks great. They even steamed and brushed the fabric, and put protectors on the feet. Recommended!

Top quality furniture and delivery
Fantastic experience from start to finish
The shop is brilliant — staff are helpful and attentive without hovering over you, which made browsing the sofas a really relaxed experience. The quality of the sofas speaks for itself.
Special mention to the delivery team, Mike and Craig, who were absolutely outstanding. Getting a sofa into my apartment is no easy feat, but they tackled the challenge without a single complaint. Professional, hardworking and a credit to a professional company.
