So sorry For my first review it was about the delivery but the product itself is magnificent.

I absolutely love my earrings. In fact I bought two sizes in silver and gold. They are very classy and will go with any outfit, upscale and casual.

I am writing this review even though I have not received the merchandise yet as I am very disappointed. Their website is misleading as they do not clearly disclose that they will be shipping from China, they said US orders will be shipped from US warehouse and usually takes between 4-9 days. I place my order on 11/9 and got a notification that they were shipped on 11/10 while they really left China on 11/25 and I still do not know when I will receive them. I ordered as a gift and is now no longer needed. Customer service while friendly is completely useless. I am planning on rejecting the delivery and filing a claim for a refund with Paypal.

I just want to warn other potential buyers that this is a china based company so it will take a long time to receive. I ordered the teardrop earrings on 11/11 and they have only despatched today 17/11 goodness knows how long it will take for them to reach me in the UK. They were for an event on 7/12 and I had hoped ordering them nearly a month in advance would give me enough time to receive them. I didn’t realise they were china based, it doesn’t state that anywhere. I’m doubtful they will now arrive in time. Also then the returns policy is useless, you will never be bothered with postage costs and hassle to return to china. I keep telling myself I won’t order stuff off facebook any more but the reviews looked good. I’m quite disappointed, I’m only giving 2 stars because I haven’t received the items yet to review them.

Edit: so these have arrived on 28/11. This was a pleasant surprise as wasn’t expecting them so soon. They have arrived in a nice box with separate drawstring bags for each set (I paid for 1 pair and got 2 free). They are alright looking, I have no idea what the original bottega earrings look like tbh but these are fine. I put them on and quite like the look. The posts aren’t steel which my ears couldn’t cope with, they look coated in whatever the earrings are coated in. I have not worn them for any length of time to be able to ascertain if my ears will react. They aren’t terribly heavy which is good. Overall I’m happy enough with them. However I still think that the company should make delivery/despatch times more obvious at time of purchase. Adding in a star

I was surprised to see that my order looked exactly as the pictures. I gave them to my mum as a gift and she loves them.

I recently purchased a pair of medium and large teardrop earrings in silver and gold. There was some complications with shipping to Japan however the team was very supportive and managed to figure it out, making sure I received my order. The earrings are just as pictured, they are nice and big but lightweight. I have sensitive skin and so far haven’t had any issues. I have so far enjoyed them very much!

I love the trio of small earrings I got. I got all 3 colors, and the size is perfect for me. They are really well made and very stylish.
