I received the necklace and ring as advertised. The quality is what I was hoping for, beautifully crafted jewelry with fine details. The couple hug each other with a loving connection demonstrated in the style. They move freely in each other’s arms. Well done! Truly a lasting treasure for any one.

Product was as advertised. Tracking the shipping path was a bit tricky and it said it was delivered before it actually was, but when I contacted their CS, Aubry was great! Would recommend.

Listen I know everybody is reading all those excellent reviews but just ready my experience. I ordered on the 24th something for my significant other, I paid for expedited shipping. I understand during the holidays things take longer. I was prepared to wait. I was given a delivery date range (28-31). Those dates passed and my “tracking” had no update, just simply nothing. After 4 emails to the company, they finally answer me, 13 days later that my order was lost in transit, asking to confirm my address. I confirmed and it’s been days and I’m still in the dark about my order. Cherry on top, because it’s out of there control when it leaves there facility i can’t be refunded my money. It’s extremely unprofessional, I’m a paying customer at the end of the day, if I was being treated honestly and fairly I wouldn’t be leaving this review.

I had 4 different dates for delivery. Very frustrating with all the inconsistency. It finally arrived, just not happy with the communication.

I ordered from Love & Crafted for my granddaughter. I ordered the Hug ring first. After she received it, her mom told me, That’s the only jewelry she wears. So, knowing that, and meeting them at Disney Florida ( that’s a totally sad story about Disney). When they arrived, I handed her the Paw ring, she loves animals and the Perfume Necklace. She put both on and to my knowledge, they don’t come off ever, unless swimming. Yes, I am so happy to have found your store and the quality at such a reasonable price. If it makes my granddaughter happy, that makes it Too Cool !

Made the week go by happier and brought her out of her depression

Girlfriend and I love our Hug Rings! I gave her a silver one in May for her birthday and she gave me a gold one last week. These will likely become our commitment rings when we do commitment next May. I also gave her a hug necklace last week, and she loves that, too!

I really wish you would make a larger version of the gold ring (longer and somewhat thicker band) that would better fit my larger hands. A 1-1.25" longer band would be great.

I would rate it nothing if i could....ordered over a week ago and still dont have a tracking #.....when i reach out to them they keep sending me tracking numbers that aren't even in usps system and refuse to actually answer questions...NEVER ORDER FROM THESE POEPLE
