After I ordered the hug ring, I changed my mind on color and I easily got ahold of someone to do that. Shipping was fast. Great communication. Loved the ring.

I ordered a hug ring for my daughters b day , I was having a bit of doubt about the company as Iit took time to receive it , sent a message to co la y they answered right away , ring received thankfully the next day.
So far she loves it we just hope it won’t tarnish . Thinking of ordering another one for my youngest they both live far away from us .
So that hug ring it’s the perfect right :)

The service was very good. We had a slight delay in delivery but that was due to postal issues. However when contacting Love&Craft they were great. We now have our item and love it.

I purchased the Thick & Thin ring for my partner for Christmas and after 3 weeks her finger turned green - obviously not sterling silver. Upon communicating with them they sent a replacement only for exactly the same thing to happen. The designs are great but there is no excuse for skin discolouration so unfortunately I will never waste my money on their products again.

This is a five star company. I had ordered several items of the same kind and we had a problem with them. Love&Craft is making it right at no cost to me. I am amazed and thrilled. Love this company and got on the site just now to make another purchase.

The product was excellent. She loves it, wears it daily & shows if off. Family members what to know where she got it.

I ordered the knot ring and it was great! I had a good experience ordering it as well, I love how the size is Adjustable so I Didn’t have to know my Girlfriend’s ring size, and was able to surprise her!

I ordered the Hug Ring for my daughter in college. She was having a rough time and I told her I was sending hugs for her. She cried when she received the ring and called me. She was so touched that there was such a ring for the perfect sentiment. She wears it every day as a reminder. She received it pretty quickly and it was packaged so nicely. Perfect gift!

I had never heard of Love & Crafted before so I was a little apprehensive ordering from them, but from start to finish it was a fantastic, effortless experience! I gave the hug ring to my youngest daughter as a parting gift over the next year and a half. She was having an especially difficult time so I wanted her to have a daily reminder of how much she is loved and thought of. It was perfect! I had an issue with something I ordered. A gift for my wife for Valentine's Day. I was disappointed with the item and I contacted L&C, which is something I would normally not do. I'm not a "Karen" but this was something that I needed to be special and I felt the item fell short of my expectations.
Then I spoke to Julia in c.s. and she went far above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with them.
Because of her she made things good! Like AWESOME!!!

Bought the Highs and Lows ring for my sister's 30th. Lovely design but really poor quality. It turned her finger green despite being listed on the site as made of silver. I wouldn't buy again.
