Customer service not up to expectations
The product was not delivered within the specified time (it took 5 working days instead of 3) which is not that bad. But when the product was delivered, the hygiene seal was broken. I contacted lovebanana immediately to ask for a solution. It is now one week later and i have not received a response. The customer service is unfortunately not according to expectations.
