I've used this company for a few years now. No real issues. My recent package arrived damaged. Not really the fault of the company. But more the transport company. But an email with photos for evidence. Received a quick reply and a replacement was on its way. Replacement arrived undamaged

Excellent service and very quick delivery. I ordered the Luxury wine Starter kit plus some other bits and pieces and all arrived in excellent condition. Extremely well packed and excellent instructions enclosed. Going by my experience I would highly recommend Lovebrewing and will definitely be ordering my regular supplies from them.

Really bad customer service from the staff and the owner. Use to be good but perhaps not really interested in customers now they think they have made it. Ordered one piece of syphon tubing at one meter in length and received two off cuts about 450mm long. When I complained just received a torrent of abuse via e-mail from the owner. Use at your peril.

I bought a starter kit from lovebrewing and it came quite quickly. The kit had everything I needed - including bottles. I followed the instructions EXACTLY and ended up with a nice IPA. [One of their own brand kits - Presidents Sierra American Pale Ale]. I have made subsequent purchases and been uniformly satisfied with the experience

I bought their alembic still starter kit which, in the information, states "All you need to get started making fantastic spirits & liqueurs. .... This will make 10 x 75cl bottles of 40% ABV liquor." It doesn't, however, contain sugar, or more importantly the glucose powder they say on their website gives you the best possible result. On top of this, part of my order arrived broken, I contacted customer service and my options were get the part refunded (thereby meaning if I wanted the full kit I would have to purchase the part again separately on their website and pay delivery) or they would add it on to my next order (meaning I would have to buy more from them to get the complete kit!) I lost out due to something that was entirely their fault. In spite of all this, the still is excellent and as other people are stating below, lots of their products are great! Perhaps because they're not made by Love Brewing… As another commenter handily suggested, Brew2Bottle is cheaper, I'll be buying from them in the future.

I am absolutely over the moon with the service this site has provided. I am a novice at wine making but purchased a merlot from love brewing and it is beautiful, easy instructions I will be purchasing more. And fast delivery

Had a little issue with one of my orders, Darren replied within 20 minutes to my email and it took less than an hour to resolve my issue!

They’ve sent me out a replacement which is being delivered the next day.

Great service Great product. I was tempted to give 3 star because they use DPD for delivery and it is difficult to find anything positive yo say about DPD. I decided that wouldn't be fair. Change your carrier guys i am reluctant to trust my precious beer to these cowboys.

One of the worst sellers on Amazon. Never get a response, waiting over 6 weeks for delivery. Order cancelled by Amazon, because Love brewing are so hopeless. They may love brewing they obviously hate customers!

I've had no problems whatsoever with this company. The products I've purchased have proved to be of the highest quality. The box contained detailed instructions (although all instructions are available online as well) and so far the wine I've made is far better than ever expected. I had need to contact customer services and my email was answered politely, and question answered within one working day. 5* for this Company.

Great service quick delivery, my first time brewing.

First time brewer

I ordered the Beerworks Southern Gold Digger Lager Superior Starter Bundle With Bottles recently. However, the thermometer must've come loose in transit and when unwrapping it, it slid out of the plastic container, smashing on the floor. I contacted Love Brewing and explained the issue and they are sending me a replacement straight out. Excellent customer service :-) as for the taste of the beer I guess I'll see how it turns out in 30-35 days

I bought a lager making kit off Love Brewing (Beerworks Southern Gold Digger Premium Lager) and it made horrible lager. I left a review of it on their website about it and they didn't publish it, this is very bad business, it essentially means you can't trust a review on their website. Be warned.

Just taken delivery of the country wine starter kit. Everything was all present and correct apart from one really important item...there were absolutely no instructions on how to setup, or what to do with all the packets of ingredients!!.
Just tried to call them for advice, but there’s nobody there. So now I’m lumbered with a big box of wine making stuff which I have absolutely no idea what to do with!!. You would think that you would get some kind of instructions included with it being a starter kit!!.

Great communication and mega fast free delivery.

I've never bothered leaving a review on Trust Pilot before but felt Love Brewing deserve recognition for their great service. First of all, there was one item missing from my order, but they dealt with the error in a prompt and friendly way. Secondly, as a someone new to brewing, I emailed to ask for a piece of advice and got a really helpful reply within a few hours.

Placed the order over email, paid over 600 euros. After that no email from delivery company or from them. 2 weeks and several email they answered that this was in house error and will dispatch same day. After that no email from delivery company and no contact from them. Managed to get in touch with them in Facebook chat and asking refund. After asking refund- they stated that I haven´t paid them anything and there is nothing to refund.

As always, great products and super quick delivery. Cheers guys. Have a great Christmas
