First for the good part. very fair shipping price to denmark, and very fast shipping. But heres my problem with them.

I ordered some brewing equipment, and some hops. It is very important to me, that the hops where pellets, and I asked them right after I ordered if they where pellets (I wouldnt have ordered it, if it was leafs). They said that it was. When I recieved the goods 4 days after or so, they sent me leaf hops. I tried to contact them, and got the response. that leaf are just as good as pellets, and if I dont like the product, I can just send it back. Right thanks a lot fellas. 20 pound resend to england from denmark. Such arrogance is the reason will never spend another penny at their site or recommend them to anyone.

I have placed several orders with this company recently and, as with any retail/online transaction, there have been inevitably been some minor hiccups. What I can say, is that these people give absolutely first class professional service: they respond instantly to email (even on Sunday afternoon), they acknowledge problems immediately, and they sort it out. Of course they also manage the routine stuff equally well - goods are delivered promptly, with good communication and a really good product range that is well priced. Each contact with them has increased my confidence and I will shop nowhere else for my homebrew supplies. Very highly recommended.

I have used wineworks twice now and have been very happy with the service. Both orders have been recieved within 24 hours and have been the cheapest that I could find outside of Ebay. I look forward to continuing to use this company in the future.

We bought a Groupon voucher for a brewery class for my husband's birthday. After taking a train and a bus (and spending £15 on transport) we were told that the class was cancelled because the owner was in the hospital. We were not happy that no one had bothered to contact us and that we had wasted the time and money to go there, but the woman working was very polite and promised a refund for travel and the ticket prices. The owner then said that he would only refund our travel money if we went again and bought something! When my husband complained, the owner was incredibly rude to him and ended up hanging up on him. We were very sorry to hear that the reason the class was cancelled was because the owner was in the hospital. However, we were not complaining because the class was cancelled, we just didn't have the time and money to go back again so we wanted the refund we were promised. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Ordered two white wine kits, corks and on our second order corks and steriliser, both orders were delivered promptly, first one the next day, brilliant.

Just had some of the Chardonnay, lovely dry white wine, recommend it to anyone, thanks very much.

I am new to home wine-making and have done a reasonable amount of research before choosing an online supplier.
I was impressed with the company's free online videos, demonstrating clearly different stages, and the free dvd with the starter pack put it all in one place for me.
I have seen identical equipment to the equipment sold here in both online and 'real world' stores and the prices are very keen, much lower than other online suppliers I looked at.
My order was delivered promptly, with a text message to let me know a one hour window for delivery with options for if I was not going to be home.
My first 30 bottle batch is now fermenting and I have just placed my second order with them.
Keep up the fantastic work :)

Simple website, ease of payment and really quick delivery. Like the courier service too, I was sent a text message with an hour for delivery slot and was able to ask them to leave it in a safe place. All round great experience; would definately use again :)

Ordered vouchers from website. It was easy to order and the vouchers arrived within 5 days. Very satisfied with whole experience-will use again.

I regularly buy Beerworks and Wineworks kits and find them to be very good quality at a reasonable price. The beer kits contain hops separately, which really gives the beer an authentic pub real ale taste compared with kits where all flavours have been added to the wort. Wineworks kits, at least the Superior range, contain extras such as Tanin and Smoked Oak Chips, which make a noticeable dfference to the end taste.
I also appreciate use of DPD as couriers, since they give a delivery timed to within an hour, which means that a whole day isn't wasted waiting for the courier to turn up. Delivery can also be very quick. In the run up to Xmas, I ordered at around 2pm on a Tuesday, which was then delivered at 11am the next day. So much for couriers struggling to cope with the volume of on-line orders.

Recently purchased a starter kit to brew cider. It was great value for money, quick delivery and the instructions were really thorough and easy to understand. As soon as my first brew was finished I ordered more stuff. I don't normally write reviews but with the quality and service I got from Live Brewing I wanted to show my appreciation and help them out.

As this is a present I can not comment on the actual items, but they were delivered quickly and I was sent emails tracking its progress. Have given 5 stars as no negatives seen so far.

From all the sites, i tracked down over the internet for help, advice and equipment to get off the ground with brewing my own wine, I kept coming back to LoveBrewing. Their Video section was most helpful, the DVD they sent with my first order of equipment is perfect. I was also interested in value for money, and they were on par with everyone else; if not cheaper. Being a newbee and worrying about ruining my first 30 bottles, i emailed them for a bit of advice and received responses back very quickly.
So from Website to after support, I cannot fault them. I would highly recommend this site. P.S. The Wine tastes good as well.

The item was very easy to order & the company text me when delivery was expected.
I was so pleased it arrived exactly at the time stated & within a couple of days of placing the order.
Everything looks in good order & was well packaged but can't review the quality of the home brew as it is a Christmas for my daughters boyfriend.
