I needed just one cork but no-one sells just one cork! Fortunately I was able to order 3 and the postage was more than the item! I needed speedy delivery so now I have one happy jar of sloe gin and 2 spare corks!!

Good response, pity it was not resolved

I would have happily given a 5 star rating but for some damage to my cider making kit, a small slit in the cider syrup had leaked out into the box and then into the main packaging. I called to inform the company of the damage and was assured by the very helpful and pleasant woman who answered my call, that my observation would be reported to her manager as soon as he came into the office. However, a week later and I have heard nothing more from the company.
I explained that the damage was not transit damage as the inner and outer boxes were not damaged, so no blame could be attached to the very impressive courier service (DPD) that that kept me updated on every leg of the parcels passage to me.
I was hoping for an email or call from the office manager at least or a replacement kit at best, although I asked for neither when I called, I tend to let people impress or not without influence.

I have been ordering from love brewing for a year or so now and have always found them to be very helpful. The website and videos are excellent and show you step by step how to achieve perfect results. The service and delivery times are second to none. I can't recommend them too highly.

I have made 5 very large orders with this shop and the little problems i had wear delete with very fast and fully satisfied I Love the shop and staff

I chose lovebrewing firstly because they have a great range of beer kits, that u can't get here in Germany, and secondly because they offered shipping abroad for a fair price..arrived after 5 days, will definitely be ordering again soon, cheers!

Purchased many different items from love brewing and have been surprised by the quality of there products. Can't fault there free delivery through DPD tells me within an hour of when they deliver and have delivered all within that time slot so far..6 deliveries in total.

Order placed on Monday was delivered Wednesday. Prices are very competitive and service outstanding! Will definitely recommend.

Fab company. Used them only as found on Google and never heard of them it was nice and easy as a first time buyer from them ordered on the Sunday delivered on the Tuesday with a courier who gave a timed hour! Brilliant! Would defo reccommed! 5*******

The web site was easy to negotiate and I found what I wanted quickly the price was lower than the others I looked at. Delivery was quick and I was notified of the delivery time so i could be in when it arrived. So ten out of ten.

I bought a wine may making kit and had a go at a sauvignon blanc. I thought it would not be that good but wanted to have a go as an experiment (I like a glass of wine or three) WOW WOW WOW!!!!!!!! I followed Richard on the dvd. The wine turned out so good my friend shared a bottle with me and he could not believe how good it was. I have just bought my 3rd 30 bottle kit and can't wait to get it going. Don't doubt how good it is.
