We had some churros at the Leeds stall today and they were absolutely delicious! Really fresh and made to order with care. Maryam was absolutely astounding - she cooked the churros and was so attentive to getting our preferences just right. She is an amazing asset to the company, because not only did we have delicious churros, we had them made with love and care 💕

My first order is unfortunately very disappointed, the churros are extremely RAW and the sweets are all scattered in the box as if they simply threw the churros in the box and put the candies on top.

Went to get a family box in Bridgend, waited ages to be served as it only had one young lady who was run off her feet, by the time it comes to order I'm told they don't accept cash and it's card only, I had exact money... That's fine I will take my cash else where, I'm gutted tho as I was excited to try these, being a cashless company sucks when you read there website there ris zero mention about this, sad really as it's company's refusing to take cash that are killing the high street, I wonder how much in lost sale you have by refusing cash yes mine was a £24 order how many of them get reused each week I wonder? Seriously not accepting legal hard tender is pointless. It's not like I was trying to pay in postage stamps. Hopefully this company changes this policy untill then I'm out and will spend else where I encourage people to do the same

We love Churros so what a find to see the van at McArthur Glen, Cannock in the West Midlands. We made it our last stop before going back to the car so we could eat them before setting off for home. However, that was the best part of this experience, the anticipation! Let's start with placing our order. We wanted a regular with cinnamon and chocolate sauce, 3 filled with dulce de leche, a looped love with dulce de leche and a diet coke. We were at first served by one team member, but another did not know how to make a hot chocolate for a different customer, so following a discussion, they changed roles. We placed our order, but then there was no way of knowing whose order was being called because there was no number and several people ordered the same thing, so no one knew whose order was being called. I figured we would know because we had three items plus a drink. But no, instead of sorting our order in full, the regular churros were called first. Some 7 or 8 minutes later, we still didn't have the rest of the order, which meant the regular was by now cold. They then started on the remainder of our order after my husband asked why they did not complete one order at a time. He also asked for the regular to be redone as they were now stone cold. We were told that will be another five minutes, whilst the filled and the looped were now done and getting cold. They also forgot the drink. To top it off, these were the worst churros we have ever eaten; they were undercooked and soggy, almost like they had been rushed to complete the many orders they had taken. The staff were not friendly and not apologetic about the delay in parts of the order, the cold churros that needed to be redone or the drink that had been forgotten. No one actually knew what our order was, so potentially, we could have said three drinks as there were three of us, and they would have been none the wiser. This was a very disappointing experience that we would not want to repeat.

The quality of love churros dessert sauces is exceptional. Each sauce is crafted with premium ingredients, resulting in rich flavors and smooth, velvety textures. I go through at least one bottle a day!! Highly addictive.
Also I’d like to commend love churros customer service. They offer prompt and friendly responses to inquiries, fast shipping, and a satisfaction guarantee. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in the positive reviews and repeat customers ( such as myself)! :)

Visited the Love Churros stand in Watford, my first time visiting I've gotten churros which were not as cooked as they should but they still tasted great. But this second time i must say im very impressed, The churros tasted fantastic, and they had the perfect churro texture along side that they were perfectly cooked. I love it! Big thank you for the yummy treat

Hi, my name is Jordan I’ve visited one of your stores in Watford and I must say I’m extremely impressed . The team looked like they loved the job and acted like a family, they got the whole crowd laughing even in such busy times. I’ve asked for the manager to say thank you since I’ve received such great customer service as one worker was making mini pancakes and had a conversation with my child that made her smile :) . Manager was very young and I’m extremely proud and happy that this company is giving such opportunities to people so young. Props to him since he runs that store at such a young age I’m not sure if I remember his name properly but thank you to jake or Jacob for that wonderful experience

Love this company! I tried them at Winter Wonderland and have been hooked ever since - they're the best churros I've ever had! Their customer support is also amazing - I had a query about the stores local to me and Sophie couldn't be more helpful. Highly recommend!
