I made an order and after checking the tracking the order said it had been delivered. Except the order was left in a communal area as shown in the photo. I called Love Cycling Tech and was offered a refund or new chainset which was sent free of charge next day. Great Service thanks!

I've ordered multiple times from Love Cyling Tech and they have never failed to deliver or communicate when i needed help. Their prices are amazing and products are excellent. This is a family run business and i will continue to show my support rather than support those who are only out to profit.

Completed an order which was required very quickly for an upcoming race. Ordered first thing in morning and selected next day delivery. No updates during the day, and after reading reviews became concerned. Called the number on the website and a nice chap answered straight away. Guy called me back within 5 minutes to confirm the order status. Unfortunately had to cancel the order as needed the items for the next day, and this was done immediatley and a refund sorted. Will look to use this shop again In the future.

Made an online order and paid for delivery. After 7 days the item has still not even being despatched. No contact been answered by the company. Stay clear of this company.

No customer service. Emails about delivery have been unanaswered for weeks now

Ordered a new cassette, have not received the item and emails have gone unanswered, phone numbers don’t seem to be in use. They still took my money for the part so am disputing this through my bank to get the money back.

Don’t know if this company is real or not? Seems dodgy to me. I’ve ordered 2 tyres, received nothing & contact # is not reachable! They took my money however. Will definitely not be going through them in the future either way! Since writing this review, the tyres finally arrived. It’s still a mystery however that they are uncontactable either by phone, chat or email!! I will give them 3 stars since my item was delivered in the end!!

Same as the other reviews. I didn’t receive the tyres I ordered (status said dispatched) and there was zero communication despite me using chat, email, fb messenger and calling directly. Had to raise a dispute through my credit card. Don’t use this company.

I have ordered a single tyre . The day after the order got an email saying the item was shipped ( no tracking number), but it never arrived The company never answered the phone ( a dubious mobile number)or reply to my emails several. I asked for refund explaining the reason that never arrived and I got an email with the label to return the item!!!!???!!! order number 4796... I am editing this review and give them 3 stars because the tyres arrived and I have also managed to speak with them.. eventually

I ordered some clothing on 3rd of January 2023. I waited patiently for the item to arrive. By the 16th the item had not arrived and asked if they could resend a replacement item as it was lost in transit. I had a response on the following day to say they had raised a claim with the courier company. 9 days later no updates and no responses to e-mails. I finally asked them today to confirm a refund to my account and if that had been carried out I wouldn't have written this review. But again no response, so hence this review! Unfortunately customer service isn't as I had hoped which is disappointing. I only used this website as I couldn't fid it anywhere else in the UK. But a website still advertising BLACK FRIDAY (5th November) and a mobile number for customer service are definitely warning signs that this business doesn't have the personnel to deal with things when they don't go according to plan! I know it is not the business fault the item went missing but keeping the customer informed is paramount when issues occur!
UPDATE: I have now had a response following my review and a refund issued. I have therefore amended my review from 1 star to 2 stars. I am sure they are a reputable business but I would think twice before I ordered anything from them again.

Like the other reviewer, was worried this might be a scam site or something as had stock of Kask helmet I couldn’t find anywhere. Came very quickly, as advertised, very happy.

Was worried about lack of reviews, but ordered and received the order much more quickly than I expected.
I bought Schwalbe Pro One 28c tan wall tyres. The price was amazing so I couldn’t be happier.

I have used Love Cycling Tech to purchase wheels and found the service to be second to none. When i needed help on getting them fixed they had them picked up, repaired and returned all with constant communication and all deliveries free of charge. I've purchased other items and everything's been delivered quickly and without issues. Great Service and very happy with them, i can't recommend them enough.

Very poor after sale service, I was sent an incomplete item I have emailed twice and tried the online chat and have not had any response.

Would avoid this seller as Andrew which I believe he's called as no after sales customer service and can't be bothered replying to emails. Bought tyres of this retailer which developed a fault on rubber casting and he doesn't want to sort out the problem .
Poor play Andrew you should help your customer's not rip them off .

Love cycling tech provided the best service I have had in a long time. I had a few initial issues with stock that I had ordered not being available but once informed my emails were responded to very quickly and an alternative was sorted.
Happy customer and will return for more upgrades.
