Not very happy.
Item was wrong colour and more damage than described.
Also arrived in a cardboard box, quite shabby.
Box had holes and tears.

Fast as lightning!

Was wary initially but once the process started had no reason to be. Great customer service and very responsive. Order arrived ahead of time and was contacted throughout letting me know how my order was progressing. With the issue of overseas orders and so on it was difficult to choose a reliable vendor. However I can see that I chose well and would defintately recommend them to anyone.

I have been dealing with Graham at Lovedoll Uk for about 2 1/2 years, I first bought a doll from him which was named Kasandra which is still a current doll and the whole process was smooth and efficient, after ordering the doll she arrived in 11 days which was great service, throughout the process Graham was always on the end of the phone and extremely helpful and always willing to chat. the doll was great and a perfect representation of the sales pictures, however I found the doll to be too heavy for me to keep moving around so sadly she went onto another home. after many conversations with Graham and a visit to his factory I purchased a torso doll which again arrived in super quick time and was everything I had imagined, also easier to move around, after a few months I decided to purchase another full size doll and again gave Graham a call to see what he had is stock, I finished purchasing a used but immaculate doll with large boobs she was a great addition and arrived promptly.
My conclusion to anyone reading this is you cannot go wrong with Lovedoll Uk they are great to deal with and always very helpful, I am looking to further my collection and will be back to Graham and his company to complete my purchase. A great 5 star company highly recommended.

Firstly i'll say that Lovedoll, the vendor itself, was fine and efficient in getting the order to me all the way from sunny China to my front door in icy UK. The issues i have are with the actual product and the efficiency of the doll makers (WM doll?) at the factory, which i find less than ideal. I ordered the WM torso with arms.

Pros:
Lovely looking doll from a display and overall aesthetic perspective. Feels great, quite realistic in most areas once warmed up. i'd even say soothing to just sit and look at, its real purty. The limited dress-up games ive ventured into,(mainly as a way of protecting it from dust and abrasion etc, but also as a way of humanising what is essentially a sculpted piece of plastic) have been fun, as much as a grown man can have playing dress-up dolls :). The face i have been sent, although its the wrong one, is quite cute and in the right frame of mind it's soothing to stroke its cheeks and lips etc on occasion, due to its realistic feel and well-sculpted features.
Sex-wise? yes it feels good both to my fingers and to Mr Wiggly. But strangely enough i've only put her to work once since receiving her about 3 weeks ago. It doesnt replace my ex in that department and i expect none of us would expect that level of feeling, but personally its actually even less than i'd expected. your mileage may differ. Reasons for my criminal underuse of the female bits are outlined in the cons...

Cons:
I received the wrong head as compared to the one i ordered on the Lovedoll website. Whilst the one i got is pretty enough and will suffice, for the amount of cheddar I dropped on this baby i would have liked to have got the one i chose. Lovedoll said they'd get me the right one upon my complaint, but that has not happened and I'm not angry enough about it to chase it. But it is disappointing. My advice to you dear reader, is to double check the factory pics before they send it out for delivery.

I had hoped this thing would be something i could cuddle while sleeping, missing my ex by my side (cue violins). This experience proved to be somewhat lacking as the torso has a steel skeleton and weighs 25KG. this results in it being quite difficult to move into a comfortable position for cuddling whilst youre half asleep and groggy. If youre built like arnold schwarzennegar then no problem of course, but sadly i am not.

The external genitalia are quite simplistic. From sample pics on the website i had expected well-detailed "meat curtains" (you know what im talking about), but the vag on this thing is basically a slit cavity poked into the crotch area with lazily sculpted vestigial labia. This probably relates to making it look young (?!) and maybe its a preference for the chinese/japanese market. I, however, like my ladies to be adult and i like meat curtains! It's all about the look and feel of the labia if i'm going to get revved up enough to put Mr Wiggly in there on short notice. This may not be a problem for you depending on your tastes. Again dear reader, it may be worth asking for pics of the genitalia before it's sent out from the factory if youre particular about it like i am.

The "skeleton" in the fingers are mere wires, not even thick ones by the feel of it. They get bent out of shape quite easily by even a slight knock or push. Then you end up with the little lady having gnarled haglike creepy fingers. And then you have to painstakingly straighten them out so as not to have nightmares about them. This is another reason im unable to cuddle my plastic lady with confidence; i'm partly worried about bending the fingers out of shape and twisting them permanantly or even breaking the wires.

The breasts are hollow! i did not know this before ordering and had no way of knowing thats what i'd be getting in that regard. The factory pics don't indicate if they're hollow or solid in any way (how could they). If i'd had the option i'd have chosen solid breasts. As it is, they feel fine if youre just lightly stroking or fondling them, but a hard squeeze will result in your fingers meeting each other through the air pocket and across a thin layer of TPE. Also the weight of the breasts is just too light as a result of the hollows. If you like to squeeze and pinch and generally be a twerp with boobs in the heat of the moment (Maybe that's why shes an ex, hmmm...), then these breasts will not simulate that feeling adequately. In fact it took me out of the moment and reminded me i was shagging an uncaring hunk of TPE.

Overall all what i got will suffice. Mainly because theres no going back without hassle i don't have time for. Would i order the same thing again? i think not, unless they improve the features i have problems with. If i'd known better before ordering i can say i wouldn't have ordered it at all, or ordered something else.

Perhaps im being unrealistic in my expectations of this thing. Perhaps i was looking to replace my sorely missed ex with a hunk of inanimate plastic (cue 2nd lot of violins), and thats not possible with this kind of product. If you consider it purely a sex toy and don't try to humanise it, then it's fine i guess. If you want to pay that kind of price for something that will constantly remind you, "hey i'm just a sex toy, what the heck do you want from me?"

The doll was amazing but I didnt get an insert my only complaint. The doll it self is heavy but I still really love the feel and look of it.
