Took my money, never delivered. They've ignored all my messages. Still waiting on PayPal to arrange a refund. Scam website. Avoid at all costs

I have only given 1 star as it's not possible to leave a zero star review. I paid to sell a doll received my receipt, they took my money then ... Nothing I have tried to contact them several times saying due to their ignorance towards me I want to cancel, still nothing after several emails and filling on their contact us form, there are so many dodgy companies in the doll business and I am now adding these to the list, as well as reporting them for what I deam a fraudulent service!

EDIT UPDATE: After reporting it to my bank they investigated this issue and returned my money to me! Still to this day I havent heard a thing from them.

Be very careful! I never ever leave bad reviews. Lovedoll was amazing about 5 years ago, I mean really really good. You could trust them, even knew a couple of the people by name and they were great. However I have come back after a couple of years and no-ones left - and the customer service is literally non-existent. I mean there isn't anyone. Nobody on phone, email (even the old ones), no-one replies to the online messenger, and the online bot is useless. I have lost £109 as it never showed up. Look through the recent comments - someone lost £2000, others had same issue as me. I think the factory is still going, and I imagine the goods are still of good quality -if you actually get them you will be happy, but if you have any issue (such as when nothing gets delivered) they will take your money and theres nothing you can do about it. I'm not here to complain (whos there to see it from the company anyway) - I'm here to genuinely warn you all. Now going to look at reporting to trading and standards - you others who have been scammed, advise to do the same

Placed an order ( 123653 ) over 3 weeks ago. I have attempted to contact the company on several occasions for an update on delivery. Emails are not replied to, chat bot is automated so you won’t get any joy from that and the phone number fails to connect. I have had to resort to the PayPal resolution centre to either get my money back or prompt the company to respond, that’s if they are actually still trading and haven’t closed down. Extremely poor customer service and a company I will avoid in the future.

I have brought items from this firm over the past two years and have always found them good at delivery. but i will admit they are very poor at customer service. 2 years ago i sent 2 emails asking for some advice, and had no reply. recently i had asked them about am item they had recently stocked and the possiblity of still being able to get it. after 3 emails in the past 10 days i have yet to have a reply

I've successfully gotten my orders from Lovedoll, however, most of your orders here are easily forgotten about to the point they need reminded that you made an order in the first place. The chat bot is really not ideal and obviously cannot answer ALL questions you may have regarding whatever it is you ordered.

The actual product I would give 5⭐. You don't have to worry, what you order is what you will get, meaning it's not a scam. Unfortunately Customer service on the other hand is for me none existing. I unfortunately had a problem with delivery (ups lost track of it) and I needed to contact lovedoll.co.uk for information so I could fill an investigation form, I tried many different ways of contacting them and had no reply to all of them. I have also recently contacted them about the second half of my order (care kit etc) as it hasn't arrived, I don't have much hope of that coming to anything though.

Item was missing from my order. Contacted vendor, but it’s been several weeks now with no reply! This has happened several times with my orders from this vendor now. Horrific customer service! I’m just glad I’ve never made a big purchase with them. And never will!

Almost 2 years since I ordered a doll it's still pending. They haven't replied to my e-mails about the refund and haven't received any money back.

Tried to buy some TPE filler, took my 33 bucks, and never sent the product. Didn't respond to my emails, nothing. DO NOT BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

The bit you blow it up has a hole in it, not happy

Useless site hardly ever reply's to messages also uses to a stupid bot which is not good for customer service when looking to order or sell very expensive dolls or just need help or advice. Messaged to tell them they had problem with site never replied back.

I didn't get an email for awhile, but I recieved my product quickly (I ordered the removable doll tongue). There was no damage and the tongue arrived in good packaging. Email communications were a little slow, but the delivery was quick. I give their customer service 4/5, but their company an overall score of 5/5 with bonus points for quick delivery.
