The customer service I received was excellent and very helpful. I had been finding it quite difficult to find a match for my dress for my daughter's wedding, but Gemma soon helped by sending me swatches to compare the colours. I have now been able to purchase a lovely hatinator to finish off my outfit, which I am very pleased with.

I was browsing for a wedding hat and came across this site. I had no idea what to buy and there was a contact form offering help. I filled it in and included a picture of the dress, not really expecting a reply. I received a super speedy reply with half a dozen options positioned on a diagram around the outfit and explanations as to why they would work. I was so grateful! I ordered two hats, returned one with no issue and the other one is perfect. I would never have worked that out without help! A truly lovely small business that still cares. Thank you!

I ordered a fascinator and matching clutch bag for my niece’s wedding. They are a perfect match for my dress and such a good price. I spoke to Gemma before the order arrived as I was worried I had ordered two different colours and she was really helpful. I ordered on a Sunday and they were delivered on Wednesday. I’m so pleased I found this site.

Gemma was so helpful with me.Spoke over the phone, e-mailed and sent me pictures of the fascinators so i could match them to my dress as the colours aren’t always the same.Advised me on colours, studied pictures I sent her.In the end I ordered two and allowed me to send one back.Delivered so quickly and packaged beautifully.Can’t speak highly enough of this business.Will definitely recommend.

Unfortunately the colour didn't suit and I returned it immediately the same day. Receiving a refund to my bank within a few days.

There was a good choice of hatinators and when it arrived it was high quality and exactly like the picture on the website. I selected express delivery and the hat arrived at the time advised.
