Ordered 2 items as a Christmas present
Ordered 2 items as a Christmas present. They were to small. Ordered same 2 items in the size up.
Returns window was extended to 7th Jan for 1st order. No where on the returns info could I find a return address. Emailed to get the return address. I got an email with the same returns info on. No return address listed and not one in with the delivery not in either package. So my window for returns ran out for 1st order.
2nd order put on 1 item for the 1st time, pulled the toggle to tie the bottom and it came out of the stitching. So all together not a great experience for me. A little over £200 spent and not thing to show for it.

I Ordered a hoodie very last minute for a Christmas gift for my husband.
Not expecting it before Christmas due to how last minute I was, but Amazingly it arrived in time to be wrapped and placed under the Christmas tree. 💖
