Disappointing and expensive online shopping experience
I returned an online order as the item was much too big. The return was rejected due to marks on the item which I can only assume were either originally on the item or caused after return. They certainly wouldn’t have been caused from being tried on having been sent a photo of them. Very disappointing and expensive online shopping experience.
In response to the shop comments below, the point is I wasn’t returning due to marks being on the item (a white jacket) because I had not seen any marks when it was tried in or repackaged for return, I was returning the item as it was the wrong size for me. If I had found the product faulty or marked that would have been the reason for my return.

Lizi & Joe processed a replacement for me when my golf glove got ruined in the rain.
They were out of stock and specially ordered another one for me.
So nice of them to do that for me.

Bought a few trousers as this website is one of the only VERY few to offer tall women's golf clothes. The quality is fantastic and the website was easy to use. I'll definitely be buying again.

What a great company to deal with. I had a problem with a small incorrect order and called customer services. Not expecting much help as is usual with online companies these days I was delighted with their response. The problem was rectified immediately.
