Revised review and do recommend Lovehoney.
Initially I was very unhappy with Lovehoney. I bought a toy that they manufacture, a Fifty Shades of Gray Greedy Girl Duet, and after only having it for 3 weeks it broke and it had a one-year warranty and I had bought it off another site and when I contacted that site they gave me a link to contact the manufacturer which was Lovehoney. Well, Lovehoney sends me an email telling me "unfortunately because you didn't buy it on our site we're not responsible" or something to that effect So needless to say I wasn't very happy because the toy was not cheap. After I sent a few not very happy emails Lovehoney did get ahold of me and they did end up replacing the toy so I am happy with them now and I thank them and I also recommend them.

Great return policy but disappointing products
Spent $200 on one product that was disappointing, nowhere near as powerful as advertised. Return policy stated I would get store credit which I though was extremely reasonable. However, replacements products I selected were just as disappointing. At this point I'm afraid to try again.

Bad customer service

Terrible return policy. Prices very high for product received. Twice unsubscribed from their endless emails yet still receiving them. I’d rethink any purchasing from them.

Still waiting on a refund - cancellation is very difficult- no human interaction just differing degrees of bad AI bots
Couldn’t cancel the order even though it hadn’t processed or shipped yet - they require shipping you the product giving you a return label and having you ship it back before ever canceling it. Super wasteful and time consuming.
