The product quality was bad
The product quality was bad, incl. a battery that ended in less than 10 months. They offered a gift voucher, I ordered a new product to the EU but two times the product got lost with their delivery service. If they had sent it at all. After my request to get a refund, they sent me a voucher again. When asking again that I want money back because I don't want to order a third time and don't get the product, they "apologised" saying that they "can not" give me my money back. Would never buy with them again. Also enormously slow customer service. I recommend to stay away.

Returns and exchanges have been impossible. Each time I think I've reached a solution, the website has an error. The AI bot is useless and I cannot reach a real person.

Bad customer service
They make it a practice in making it hard to reach them. Error messages on the link on their email to contact them. When you enter chat the AI prompts you to enter email name and order number then gives an error message overtime telling you to start over. When calling the only time it allows call to go through is if you want to place an order, I needed to cancel an order due to an emergency wont be home to receive it and now when I found the trick to reach them they say its to late because its in process they give the runaround til its "too late"
