Shoddy rubbish
Horrible company. For a start their reviews are not verifiable and can be written by anyone. I bought several hot water bottles that were slightly over priced. One was a completely different colour to what I'd ordered. As for the "plush, luxurious" hot water bottle cover... uhhhh no. It was truly shoddy, cheaply made thin rubbish. Fabric far too thin for a hot water bottle cover and unbelievably nasty. They want you to pay to return items that are not fit for purpose or they've sent by mistake.
I've learned my lesson, next time I'll buy from amazon.

The website and products seems quite alright at first sight and using it, however, after that I had placed and received my order from this company, I started to receive scam messages saying the Post Office needed to reschedule my delivery and pay for it as well, which turned out to be scam messages. So something is shady about this company. Other than that, a quite normal experience of online shopping.
