Started using this company a few months back for our dog, never a problem until DPD started sending our order to a pick up point instead of delivering to our home address. I placed an order on 26th Dec, only for a few days later I asked to cancel the order before it was fulfilled via their online chat system. No response as there was nothing on there website to say when they was closed over the Christmas and new year period. I left another message on the chat system this morning about no response and still wanting to cancel my order. Only for an hour later I get an email saying my order has been dispatched, but was still showing under my account on the order was still unfulfilled. Yet no response from my request either.
