BEWARE

Do not use this company. Paid for 2 tests, should have had 30 days access, could not re access despite them sending 'new' access codes. Now I find they have taken 2 unauthorised payments of £29.95 from my card. BEWARE. WHY AREN'T LOVELANGUAGE RESPONDING TO THE BAD REVIEWS FOR THIS COMPANY?

Assuming some sort of fraud by this…

Assuming some sort of fraud by this company. My credit card has been attached to an account that I do not own.

Any attempts to close the charges or refund the prior have been exhausted. They seem to have no concern for the fraudulent use of cc's on their platform, or they are committing the fraud themselves.

Just did a 2$ quiz, charged 50

Just did a 2$ quiz, then it proceeded to charge me 50$ a month for the next 3 months. Can’t get a refund so I’m out 150$. I think it’s more insulting that they genuinely think their website is worth 50$.

Scam

BEWARE!!!

WARNING! DONT USE! they will store your bank information and charge it even if you deactivate service! Used their service to do one love language test, I cancelled subscription same day I created it along with deleting the profile. Regardless, they charged my card 4 months straight $29.95 each month. They refused to refund me and said it was against their 30 day policy. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT!

I was a new experience! The questions were in-depth but easy to understand. Very thought-provoking and I enjoyed getting to know myself in a way I hadn't thought about.

Hidden membership and no real access

I’m really disappointed with this service. I paid 2.99 for a report, only to find out later that the report isn’t even emailed to you. You can only access it online, and the moment you cancel the hidden membership they slip in, you lose access completely. I never agreed to any membership, and it wasn’t clearly shown when I checked out on my phone. My bank actually blocked the extra charge, which says a lot. The whole experience felt sneaky and not transparent at all. I wouldn’t recommend this unless they change their practices.
