Awful! Don’t order from here!!

I ordered £175 worth of pjs for my wedding in July.
I ordered at the end of Jan. it has been 32 working days since then and I’ve emailed the company and had no reply or any update. I’m now £175 down and thinking I’m going to have to order and spend another £150 from a different company when I just wish I’d ordered from them to begin with!
This company has obviously no regard for customer service and seems to be taking peoples money without any plan of giving the items. Off to trading standards I go !

Very disappointing

Very disappointing!
I made an order for 5 pairs of cami pyjamas (4 sage green and 1 white) for my wedding. The items I ordered were not personalised. The website states that they would be shipped, or an update will be provided, by 28 working days. My order was placed on 11th January and my order has not arrived, 42 working days later. I have emailed the company twice with no reply. I am £105 down with no items to show for it. :(

No customer service!

I made 2 separate orders back in November, I received the last order last month but yet to receive the pjs I ordered for my bridal party! I have sent numerous emails chasing these and to date have not received a response so have no idea where they are, when to expect them or if I will ever receive them! Shocking service!! Where is their customer care?! These items are not cheap and they should at least acknowledge their emails and communicate with their customers as to what is happening!

Numerous emails have now been sent and still no response..no live chat and also seems like their social media has been turned off as they no longer appear.. orders currently being advertised if order now receive by 13th April - this is for the exact same items i purchased back in November!! How does that work when I’m still waiting on mine?!
Please be mindful before ordering, I still have hope that my items will arrive in which case I will amend my review however before long I will need to reorder elsewhere..such a shame as I work for a rather large company of woman whom are also in the stages of wedding prep or recently engaged, not sure this company will be in my list of recommendations

I have still not received my order and…

I have still not received my order and my correspondence is being ignored. I have received a message regarding a ‘partial refund’ via the Shop app- nothing from Lovelei. Does this mean any of the robes are arriving what is going on? My wedding is nearly here now and I’m unsure if I will have my robes in time. This is a stressful time as it is and now I’m even more worried.
Please reply to my correspondence.

Wedding - help!

Hi, I still haven’t received a response from my emails even after a chaser. I ordered on the 20th December and I have a fast approaching wedding so I need to know if my goods will arrive in time or be provided with a refund so I can try and order alternatives as soon as possible. Do not order from this place

If i could give this company a 0 i would. Do not order from this place. They pocket your money and dont even respond to your emails. Its been 3 months and i have yet to recieve my order - this place is an absolute scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

- Its very ironic how quick you are to respond to your reviews and yet i have been trying to get an email response for over a month now. I read the note in red when i purchased and it is still pass the 28 day time frame. If you would actually respond to people and let them know any updates then stuff like this would not happen. This is exactly why you get the reviews you get. and you did not refund me .. my credit card company refunded me because you simply do not answer emails and provide 0 updates on orders. Yet you responded to this review within 12 hours of me writing it how ironic.

You keep referring to my one email i sent in NOVEMBER. But yet wont acknowledge the emails ive sent in JANUARY because you flat out ignored them yet magically you respond right when someone writes a review about you. Its hilarious how my dispatch date is magically on the day i write a review.

Thank you for your review, we are sorry you were unable to see the estimated delivery in red under the products. As we was closed for a Christmas break and orders take an estimated 28 WORKING days to dispatch the order was not due out until 25th January. You have sent an email to advise you wanted the order before Christmas delivered to America, which was impossible due to the the postal strikes and with how busy we are. It is not our fault you did not read the timescales which you also agreed to in the terms and conditions. We can see that we kindly refunded you on 19th January which we did not need to do as the timeframe had not passed.

Poor company and service.

Deeply upset by this company’s actions. I placed an order 3/11/22 for three sets of Christmas Pjs and was assured I would receive them in time for Christmas. It is now 28/12/22 and I still haven’t received my order. I contacted Royal Mail as Lovelei assured me they were despatched on 15/12/22 to find out that they have no evidence of the order being sent out or even in their system. Deeply upset and frustrated. It is now 8 weeks in and I still haven’t received my order. I will be reporting to Trading Standards.

Could have been 5 stars

I have purchased 5 bridesmaid robes and 1 bridal one for myself but I've been sent 5 altogether, one of my bridesmaid was missing a robe, 3 weeks before the wedding. I tried to purchase another robe, but it looked like that specific model has been discontinued I messaged this company, asking for help, still no reply. Ended up frantically buying a non matching robe from a different website. Which is a shame really, it could have been 5 stars.

Bridesmaid and bride robes

I ordered 7 Lucie robes for my bridesmaids and my mum, and a Suvannah white robe for myself on my wedding day. The robes are gorgeous, nice quality material, different from many I’d seen elsewhere online and cheaper with a faster delivery time. I was worried they weren’t going to arrive on time but after sending the Lovelei team a message they worked very hard to get them there before the day and even changed the address to get them to where I was getting married. Thank you! Would definitely recommend.

I’m sad to say that this company really…

I’m sad to say that this company really have let me down.
I ordered my robes for my wedding over a month in advance of needing them I checked with the company that all would be fine which they assured me it would.
Lack of communication in terms of estimated delivery date. I was getting worried as it was just a few days before that I received them but to my disappointment my bridesmaid’s name was spelt wrong!!! 😡
So after waiting over a month the robes, I still didn’t get what I wanted! After spending over £150 with them. I have contacted them via email asking for a replacement but I have never had a response apart from an automated message that they weren’t in the office until after the bank holiday! And heard nothing since! Please don’t order from here it was definitely stressful, upsetting and it’s such a shame because the robes are actually lovely.

Reading through these reviews it seems this company are very quick to defend themselves and never seem to accept any responsibly for their errors or misleading information or lack of full information
It’s a shame they don’t respond to emails/messages as quick as they jump on here to respond to poor reviews 🙄

Do not buy from this company!

Avoid buying anything from these people. Their customer service is appalling. They ignore chats and emails and when they do choose to respond they really couldn’t care less.
I am still waiting for my order which I placed on 4th August. There was no indication when I placed the order it would take 28 days .. which has now passed .. shocking and deeply upsetting !!

All our dates are estimated dates and it appears you were working on 28 days not working days and were expecting the order within 28 days as you had not counted the weekends, and Bank Holidays that we don’t work and it makes quite a significant difference on dates.

We apologise if you were expecting the order sooner and had you needed it for a specific date and timing was important then we could have looked at pushing the order through on express for you or offered you alternatives, sorry but we were not aware of when you required the order and again we ask that customers leave plenty of time for orders to give us and you time to get it to you - thank you,

Wedding robes

Can’t rate their customer service highly enough! I needed the wedding robes by a certain date and they did it for me. They kept me updated along the way and the robes came on time and are fantastic quality! Will definitely be using them again and recommending them.

I noticed you replied to my review, can you please reimburse me as I ordered on 15th June, you told me the robes were meant to dispatch on 16th July - this was after the delivery date was meant to be 27th June as per my order - and yet still, no items were dispatched on 27th June or 16th July. Can you please reimburse me as I do not have any items
