Great products, great service, great people

Have been using love life supplements for a couple of months now. Magnesium, krill oil, vitamin D and creatine. Starting them al together I’m not sure which ones are giving me the best benefits but my aches and pains are less and my sleep is definitely longer. I would happily recommend their products and service. Thank you. 🤩

I ordered two tubs of the unflavoured electrolytes and was expecting them to be delivered the next day (Sunday), as the product page stated that if I ordered before 8:30 pm, I'd receive them the next day. However, the checkout page clarified it as "next working day" delivery — something the product page didn’t specify at the time, and I didn't notice it and so was expecting my delivery the next day.

Ben was incredibly understanding. He saw my point, immediately updated the product page to clearly state "next working day" delivery, and even sent me a tub of electrolytes for free as an apology for the confusion.

I must say, he's an outstanding human being — responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction. It's rare to see such integrity and care in customer service these days.

I will definitely be ordering form him again. The electrolytes are also really good quality. Overall very pleased.

About time we have a sold British company on the scene selling high quality products with decent ingredients and dosages at an affordable price.

Love Life Supplements are my 'go to' supplier of vitamins, minerals and nutritional supplements. The customer service is exceptional and the products are all made in the UK under the GMP standards. I was put onto LLS by a good friend a few years ago who recommended the Essential Aminos. I have been taking them almost every day. I also regularly use LLS Ultimate Collagen Peptides, Circumin 95, Mushroom Complex & Ultimate Electrolytes. I have recently started using the High Strength SHILAJIT capsules to support nstural testosterone production and energy (mitochondrial) health. So far so good - it's only been a month but I've been recovering well from hard training sessions and my stamina is improving.

As a first-time customer, I was very impressed with the customer service. All my questions were answered thoroughly before I purchased the products. While there was one significant delay with the online chat, it didn't detract from the overall positive experience. My only suggestion is to add more flexible and affordable shipping options beyond just next-day delivery, perhaps a 3-5 day service, to better accommodate customers who don't need expedited shipping.

I’d stopped taking probiotics as I’d read they were unnecessary and I thought I could save some money.
However after becoming bloated and cramping I decided to buy Multispore and the improvement was very swift!

I ordered the new LLS Shilijit to boost my testosterone and energy levels. I have every confidence in LLS products as I have ordered numerous products from them before. I’ve not noticed any noticeable benefits from this Shilijit after 3 weeks of daily use. However, maybe it’s too early to tell. The only way you would know is before and after blood work. I have bought a number of LoveLife Supplements products over the years and found those to be of very good quality. Orders are always processed efficiently and customer service is excellent. I like their loyalty program too. Most recently I have tried their latest product launch which is Shilajit. I was informed of this new product becoming available from LLS by email from Ben, founder of LLS. Before I received that email I hadn't heard of it ever before. I searched on the web for more information and found an article titled “Shilajit: A Natural Phytocomplex with Potential Procognitive Activity". It was published by International Journal Alzheimers Disease in February 2012. After reading that, I was convinced enough to give it a try. I have been taking just one capsule a day for about 4 weeks now. I haven't noticed a surge of energy as such but I definitely have noticed I no longer experience a groggy head in the mornings after waking up from sleep, even after post exercise days. That's a big positive and for me proof that the product is having a positive effect on my body/ brain. Because of the neuro- protective effects reported in the science journal, I will continue to use it as a long term investment in my health and wellbeing. I give LLS and their products a full 5 stars.
