Ordered a light nearly a month ago and have since heard nothing. No replies to emails so far and phone just goes through to a mailbox. Terrible service at best, a scam site at worst!

Ordered dimable lights nearly a month ago, nothing arrived so contacted sales,I feel like I've been fobbed off so ask for a refund and will order from amazon, cheaper and will be delivered tomorrow, shame when you want to order from specialist retailer....lesson learnt
I was really nervous about ordering…
I was really nervous about ordering through love lights due to reviews but no bad experience with them as yet. I did have to chase my order and unfortunately 2 lights ordered were not in stock (I assume brexit contributes as same items unavailable everywhere!) but Lynsey has been really fantastic. Offered alternatives of more expensive similar product at same price and searched for a product i identified to check whether she could get it (again unavailable across web not just lovelights). I advised yesterday that unfortunately I didnt want to wait and requested a refund which I got confirmation of today. I'll check bank account and amend this review if I don't receive the refund BUT no reason to doubt it given really great service so far. I'll add another review to confirm my refund was received. Only reason this wasn't 5* was because I had to do the initial chase of order but honestly can't fault service other than that.

This company have not fulfilled my order. I have emailed them several times and tried calling them but they have not answered. Do not place an order with this company. They are NOT trustworthy. If you give love lights your money don't expect anything in return.

This company has gone bust, I can only presume.
Ordered from them on the 20th Feb, they have given me zero communication as to the status of my order (which I am still awaiting to receive).
Have had to go through PayPal to get my money back.
Do not give this company any money.

Awful, 3 weeks and no items arrived. No correspondence either apart from a reply to me initial enquiry after 2 weeks.
Order cancelled and ordered elsewhere. of which arrived with in 1 working day.
We understand lead times, deliveries may be slow but the lack of communication makes these seem like a scam. Avoid

I will try to keep things factual here so people can realised this is a factual review and to steer clear of this company
Placed an order for supposedly in stock items on 09/02/21.
Left a week for the delivery status to be updated however this never happened. I managed to get through on the phones and asked and i was told they did not hold the stock and were waiting for it from the supplier but would be sent that week.
I then waited another week (so beyond what was discussed on the phone) and couldn't get through on the phone despite trying to call all day. Thinking they may be working from home i then sent an email.
Tried my luck the next day and managed to get through to someone who told me they were extremely busy on the phone (perhaps other unhappy customers as trustpilot seems to indicate). I didn't buy this as i called probably about 20 times throughout a single day and never got through once.
When i did get through i was told they were receiving a shipment of my item that night and would be delivered in the next couple of days. Lo and behold yet another promise that they missed. Ended up emailing for a refund after threatening to go through the Paypal process of raising a dispute.
Shoddy company with shoddy customer service.
Avoid at all costs.

Used this company twice, never again. Cheap tat, refunds incredibly lengthy and difficult to get back and communication with customers practically non existent. Still waiting for a response to my complaint sent 7/1? AVOID

Didn't receive items, no communication whatsoever, didn't reply to emails and telephone always went to dubious voicemail message.
Had to get my money back through PayPal.

Long delivery times.
The lights i ordered were recieved, in good condition. The company advertised the items as "in stock" and work on a 2-7 business day delivery timescale. However these took 2 weeks to recieve. Come to find out that Love Lights do not stock them and order them direct from the supplier to be delivered to them and then they send them out. I'm sure this is the same for most of their products.... They need to be more clear and up front on their business operations if they're ever to succeed with improving these terrible reviews.

Products are cheap tat, copies of originals. No returns facility and bulb did not work. Visible glue holding the product together. Implies it's an American company....it's Chinese. BUYER BEWARE!

My order took 3 weeks to be despatched and when it arrived, it was in a small plastic mailing bag (10p perhaps), with a label envelope with label inside and a stamp at £1.64. The whole postage and packaging not more than £2 but got charged £6. Absolute rip off for post and packing otherwise ok apart from the wait even allowing for Covid 19 related delays.
Shocking company
Shocking company, don't waste your time placing an order. Have had to contact my credit card company to get my money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Three weeks later still no light to be seen
I ordered a bathroom light on 9th August. It was in stock with a delivery time 5-7 working days. Two weeks later no light and no email, so I contacted them. Three days later and still no response to my email I contacted them again. They emailed me back apologising the light was out of stock. Why would a respectable company have it on their website as available, but then admit it was out of stock?. I waited another week, as they first had promised the light was just about to arrive in stock, then not quite there yet and then it should be with them before the end of the week, but they will let me know once it is in stock again. A silence for a few days, so I emailed them again. The response was "It's just going through a quality checks, so we can send it next week after the bank holiday"
That's a joke! Misleading the customers like that is just out of order. It's now been three weeks and we are left without the light in the spare bathroom. I cancelled the order and ordered from somebody else that was not only cheaper but more reliable!

I bought two lamps from Love Lights and was so pleased with the customer service and the quality of the lights.
Dar Touch Table Lamps…
Bought a pair of Dar Touch Table Lamps just before Christmas. Delivered quickly and very pleased with product. Unfortunately, one failed with after little use. This is usually where you find out about how good a company is and in my experience both Love Lights and Dar Lighting were excellent. After answering a couple of questions via email, a new light was sent out. 10/10. Would definitely recommend
