Website was easy and a quick delivery. Out of the two LED bedside lights one did not work, I called and a really helpful lady had a new on ordered and sent out the following week. All in all an easy purchase.

Choice my lights, ordered them, paid for them ,couple of days later there at my door . The down side is the cost of delivery to the Channel Islands ,they said they use a courier service, so they are going to look into sending small items through Royal Mail to keep the cost down, I couldn't ask for more,

Excellent technical advice available on request and very efficient speedy delivery on completion of order. Delivery charges to UK locations outside of England can make item cost uncompetitive.

Delivery was prompt. Having had some of these style from Howdens one had broken while trying to fit on the shelf. I took a chance on these matching and they do. Have now found the right way to put them on the shelf and have working lights.

The lights arrived in 3 working days and they look great - good quality.

Bought this light a second time because I was so pleased with first purchase. However, I was not impressed by the delivery service. I had a text telling me a time and date to wait in (2 hour slot) but in the last half hour of waiting I had another text message cancelling my delivery! The message said that my delivery had been changed to the next day following my request. I was not happy as I had not made such a request!

I ordered this light from the website and it arrived as requested. Excellent quality, very well packed and very professional service. This company definitely met my expectation.
