We were super impressed! Expected a little box of samples or something when they said we would get a free goodie box. Didn't expect this and definitely didn't expect a choice!

We got a free box as an offer with Agria Pet Insurance. I chose the junior dog box and noted on the order my pup’s preferences. I’m extremely impressed, it’s a lovely box and clearly care went in to choosing items that would suit my pup based on my note. She absolutely loves the toys she’s tried so far. I wasn’t expecting much for a free box but it was excellent and well worth the listed cost if paid for. Really impressed, thanks.

Honestly can't believe how much was in the box for such a good price! Delivery was fast and communication clear. Will definitely order again.

We received a box of treats for our dog vis our insurance company and could not be more delighted. Ours is a rescue dog who never plays with anything other than a ball. We think in her formal life, she didn’t really learn how to play. She has loved everything in her box of treats. We will definitely be ordering again thank you from us and thank you from Ruby

I first discovered this amazing company through my insurers, and I’m so glad I did! Since then, I’ve ordered several more boxes, and the value for money is simply unmatched. Each box is packed full of toys and treats, all carefully personalised to suit my pup’s needs. The quality and variety are fantastic, and it always feels like such a treat to open them.

Amy’s customer service is outstanding — she’s been so helpful in answering my queries and making sure everything is just right. It’s clear this is a business that genuinely cares about its customers (and their furry friends!).

This is my first cat box. Excellent value for money. A great selection of Cat toys and treats. My cat,Pumpkin has been playing all morning and thats with just one of the many in the box. I will be back again. Highly recommended.

Received a free box of goodies courtesy of our insurer, and was really impressed with the contents and speed of delivery! Boxes can be personalised to your dog's needs. I also experienced really helpful and kind customer service from Amy when I needed to exchange an item from a separate order (due to my own mistake). Would recommend!

I received a dog hamper from this company as a gift from my insurance company. I filled in the application form which customised the hamper for my type of dog and was very pleasantly surprised when it arrived. It had three good quality Kong toys, a lickimat and some delicious treats, my dog Binki loved them, if he's happy I'm happy. I would definitely use this company again.

We loved our Love Louie box! We purchased the birthday box for our girls second birthday and it did not disappoint. Asking what treats and toys are preferred is the extra mile I haven't seen anywhere else. This will be my go to gift option in future 💕
