Customer Service will delay and offer to refund a very small percentage. Also you have to pay to send back to China.

I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Took almost a month to get 2 items. Then one item had deodorant stains on the top, like someone else tried it on then returned. Then the return policy is awful, they want me to pay to return item for a refund. Will never order anything from them again. Stay away don't order. Product material not what it looks like.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I made a purchase. I see a pattern with dealing with this company. Merchandise is not as it appears on site. Very poor quality. Long wait periods to get your merchandise and of course nothing fit. The size are so off I don't know you they are measuring to put the sizes on thier clothing. Do not buy from this company. They are horrible!!! I think they do this intentionally to scam customers

Avoid Lovely Coral

I had an awful experience with Lovely Coral and would strongly advise against purchasing from them. First, they sent me the wrong dresses. When I tried to return them, they offered a measly 25% discount to keep the incorrect items, or I would have to pay for the return shipping myself. Despite providing photos to prove their mistake, I ended up losing my money.

Furthermore, I placed a new order almost a month ago and still have not received it. Their return policy is terrible, and customer service is unhelpful. Save yourself the headache and avoid Lovely Coral at all costs. Serves me right, Never again

The only way this company can improve is to be fully locked out of selling their horrible cheap looking material in the US period end of sentence!!

This is a scam site. The photos are stolen so you are not receiving the items advertised. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

If I could give a negative or zero stars I would. Do not order from this site it is a scam. They promise to send a tracking number. Claim the vendor is behind. I’ve received neither. I see several others have had the same experience. I have disputed this with Pay-pal and I have to wait for the seller. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

How are these companies getting away with sending products that have absolutely no resemblance to what they are showing online? I should’ve known better by the price. Yes, I was scammed and you will be too if you purchase from this company or one that are similar to this company too good to be true.

Just as others have said I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering from tis sham company. Received an email that items were being sent only to find out an outfit was missing.The company sent another email saying it was on the way.Now I get a email saying the missing item was delivered.Well it must be for the invisible woman because nothing came.I will be filling a complaint and contacting government agencies that this company is robbing folks

I wish I could give negative stars. Of course you can return items if: 1. You pay for shipping to China 2. Only if the item you received is not the size you ordered -good luck finding a size tag on the garment.

Additionally, the quality of the materials does not justify the price.
So glad I paid via PayPal.

I wish I had seen these reviews prior to ordering. I ordered a jumpsuit early February 2024 and have received an email nor my item. I have not found a contact number either.

SCAM! Buyer Beware! I placed an order for a jacket on February 17th, 2024. They provided delivery expectations of 7-14 days. As of today, March 13th, I have not received the item nor the promised email with tracking information. I have been in back and forth email communication with LovelyCoral and they have contradicted themselves saying that they couldn't give me a refund because my order was processed and on the way but when I asked for tracking details they then said that they haven't received the item from their vendor and it hasn't been shipped yet. Bottom line, I've been given the run around between over 7 emails and suspect that I'll never receive the item nor a refund. I've contacted my financial institution to file a fraud/scam report against them. I will never shop online again without checking reviews first.

They are not a ligit website. They just take your money and stealing pictures off other websites like it's their's. They need to be reported.

I order a coat they took my money and never sent my coat, please don't order from this company, company like this should be in court to explain they are taking people money and never send their order.

I wish I had looked up reviews before purchasing. Order was placed 10/29/2023 and STILL have not received anything! I filed a complaint with PayPal and after a month and eight days, they provided a tracking number and the item has been at a stand still since! BEWARE!!!!

UPDATE: I received the package today 12/16/2023 and WAS NOT sent the two pair of jeans I ordered but a kids swimming suit! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Fraud clothes. Nothing received from my purchase the last month and a half ago. I don’t know if this site is real or a scam. DONT BUY ANYTHING. Save yourselves.

I purchased two dresses from LovelyCorel, February 2023 for my BIG birthday. They said the items would ship within two weeks and it took over a month. When I received the dresses, (2 days before my party) and they were very poor quality. It appeared that someone tried to replicate the picture in the ad and did a poor job. I returned both dresses April 19 and it is November 1 and I still haven’t received my refund. I sent them pictures of the shipping and tracking number. Because the company is in China they said they have not received the order yet. I’ve been contacting them monthly since the transaction. And they will not give me a refund.
Do not order from this company. The quality and Service are poor. What you see on the ad is not what you get.

Terrible company. Their clothes look nothng like whats online and then when you try to return (even within the 7 days no questions asked policy) they make it impossible to return. They are in China. I paid the astronomical rates to return my shipment and then they did not accept the package. DO yourself a favor and stay far away!!

Fraud clothes look nothing like on the website, they make you pay for the return and then never pick up the items from customs. Don't order from them

A fraudulent website please beware, it’s so heartbreaking that PayPal works with this website after I’ve repeatedly reported them. I ordered lots of dresses from them (the had so many lovely pictures of cloths) worth £556 and I used PayPal to pay just because I trusted PayPal that I wasn’t being scammed. A month letter my order came in only for this cloths to look nothing like what was ordered, so poorly made. I discovered that they go on line, steal pictures from companies and when you order them. They make something total inferior and send to you. I wish I can attach few pictures of what I ordered and what I received.I contacted them to report this and told them I wanted to return this product only for them to tell me that I’ll be paying for the return which I did, so I returned this product and I still haven’t gotten a refund of my money since may.
