Purchased the Pink Crystal Pink Bouquet for my friend.
When she sent me the pictures I literally COULDN'T believe how different it looked and hacing worked in Floristry, I could see instantly what it was lacking.
There were 2 lily's in my friends but on the website it clearly shows about 10.
There was alao barely any roses or any of the foliage again shown in the website picture.
It had just been bulked out with cheap carnations and large daisy's, nothing like advertised!
Also, the card message had then end letters cut off it when placed onto a piece of card.
If you want attention to detail then absolutely DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered flowers from this company two days ago for my sister in law. Got a time to be delivered, unfortunately they didn't arrive on the day or time specified. Not happy

So so disappointed the flowers NEVER arrived. When I asked them, I was told might get there next day and if I don’t want them refuse them and I would get a refund.
They never arrived so I’ve emailed to be told I could have more flowers (these were a birthday gift) , no too late or a credit voucher. Why would I want a voucher?? When I wouldn’t be ordering again. I was then told I put the wrong address!! I didn’t,

Avoid this company as it is a scam.
My son ordered me flowers for Mothers Day, however they were due to arrive on Monday. Nothing, no delivery update, no answering the phone or emails. Disgusting scammers.

Scam company.
I brought flowers which didn't arrive. Requested a refund and just got told to wait longer however they still haven't come.

These are the most disappointing flowers I have ever purchased, please avoid like the plaque. When I complained they insisted that they send and offer the best quality flowers.

I ordered a the the 24 Sweet Expressions Roses bouquet for my mum & dads Diamond Anniversary, the bouquet was shown with greenery and gypsum. When they arrived 5 roses were broken, 4 on they way out and 1 small piece of gypsum and no greenery at all…they looked like I Payed £5.99 from a petrol station.

They pictures represent nothing like arrives, do not use, you could get much better quality from the supermarket and double the amount.

Arranged for delivery on 14th February specifically but they arrived on 13th. Flowers wilted and petals fell after 3 days. They will not entertain complaints more than 3 days after delivery. There are many good online florists with similarity good pricing..... use one of these not the not so lovely "lovelyfloraworld"...!!!!

Received Flowers for my financee on Valentines Day 2026, three of the twelve roses were dead…not impressed at all…

This company is very misleading. I selected delivery for Sunday 30th November, but have now been told they are with Royal Mail and being delivered on Tuesday 2nd December! False advertising. I dread to think what state the flowers will be in when they arrive.

Well I placed my order for flowers for sisters to be sent at her address it was a next day delivery that didn’t happen , it passed her birthday but within 3 days I got confirmation to say that flowers had been dispatched , next day they were with Royal Mail and delivered the following day
all the time I got notifications of what was going on .
Other than a few days late I am very happy with responds notifications and communication .
it was value for money half price yellow flowers .
After I placed the order I came to trust pilot and saw all the bad reviews at that point I regretted ordering them as I wasn’t sure they would come or it was a scam .
Anyways it turned out better than I expected .
So for this reason would give them 4 stars ⭐️ but 1 less as not delivered on time .

Do not buy from this company . Flowers due to be delivered on the 6.11.25 rang the company on the 7.11.25 and was told they were getting delivered that day which was a day late for the recipient’s Birthday . I tried to explain that the delivery for that day had passed but the person on the end of the phone was rude and arrogant and would not listen . The flowers got delivered 2 days late . Absolutely disgusting service do not buy from this incompetent company

Disgusting service, why advertise something you can't commit to, you were quick enough to take the payment but delivery of flowers, card, chocolates and prosecco NOT so quick..... you should also have the decency to reply to emails as THIS is the only method of contact - not even a telephone number or online chat AI . I wished id read reviews before ordering, I certainly wouldn't of used your company.
All occasions are special, and this order through your website was for someone very special to us on her birthday yesterday, but as you advertise same day delivery , it only gave the option of today and NO Delivery at all. In today's economic climate, reputation and care and attention are vital in remaining viable to remain in business, you fail drastically. Very poor customer service, given 1 star as wouldn't let me not give ANY stars....

Avoid buying from this company ! They lie about next day delivery! Ordered on Fri not being delivered till Tuesday absolutely unacceptable. Bought for people following a death in the family and this shoddy service and probably half dead flowers by the time they’re delivered is appalling at such a sad time !! 😡

Although I gave a bad review on Monday... I emailed the company and they kindly sent out a new bunch of flowers. Which arrived to my sister today and she's absolutely delighted.. cheered her up no end . They look absolutely beautiful thank you to everyone who made my sisters day

Did order flover from this company,I want to deliver ASAP picked next day delivery sunday.flover didn't deliver date I picked emailed the customer service not responded try contact number bcs sunday not respond.monday rang them and telling them im not happy with service and shes keep saying you can cancel have refund rather than apologise and sorted keep saying you need to read conditions. They not helpful and took £5.99 delivery fee.false info and not helpful..

Received as birthday flowers from my friend. Flowers were old and brown already. For any flower delivery service, freshness and careful handling should be non-negotiable. It should be core of their promise. Avoid.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Appalling company with terrible customer service. I have emailed multiple times with a formal complaint, but they simply ignore me. They took my money and failed to deliver the full order, without even notifying me that only one item out of four had been sent. I only discovered the issue after asking the recipient, which is completely unacceptable. This feels like theft, and I will now be taking the matter further with Trading Standards.

ordered flower for my daughters boirthday as per what showen on online -large size brilliant blooms bouquet but when she recived them all the colour were changed to too many white nothing as shown online -was very disappointed ,called them andthey refused to refund me and ignored my phone calls and emails -no reply my advise DONT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. The reason I have left it so long to review is I hoped they would put it right. However I paid £25 for basically a large daisy and a few carnations. I was disgusted. They also missed Mother's Day (after promising to deliver on the day). I complained and they basically argued that black is white, told me that the bouquets can vary from the pictures and offered nothing in the way of making it right. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY for a special occasion, they will let you down and send £3 worth of flowers for the grand total of £25 as well as missing the delivery date. So much for the customer is always right. They need to adopt a policy similar to Amazon who always put it right when there's a problem- that way you don't end up with angry customers and bad publicity- it's just common business sense- surely? Never again I'm afraid.

I ordered 2 bunches of flowers and paid extra for them to be large. When delivered they look nothing like the picture (I understand they can vary but this was a bit ridiculous) - they were also not large.
I contacted customer service with a nice email explain my problem only to be told I was wrong and the flowers were fresh so why was I complaining! I have tried numerous way of contacting them and they just shut you down straight away. Not good customer service a at all!
Genuinely could have bought a nicer and bigger bunch on flowers from a supermarket for a quarter of the price!
Avoid this company!
