we couldn't ask for better help!
Michal was helping us with migration of our website and emails, we had ongoing problems with our previous hosting provider, spam attacks, email bounce backs, blacklists, long delays in sending/receiving emails...you name it. When I found MIchal website online and send him an enquiry he was called me the very same evening. During this almost 1 hour call, he not only identified the possible issue but also suggested the best available setups and alternatives for us. This was like seeing a light at the end of long dark tunnel as our hosting provider was not doing anything to help us, and whenever I was trying to speak to them they were telling me different story. It was really stressful as core of our business is email communication therefore we couldn't afford any more issues with our emails. On the very same evening (Thursday) that I initially spoke with Michal, he already started some work to help us move as quickly as possible, he managed to get all this done over the weekend! meaning we could all come back on Monday and start working again without any issues, no more bounce backs, no delays etc it was like brand new world for us! For the first time in a very long time, everything seem to be working perfectly, we are secure now on e-mails with no send and receive issues, and our website works great now too, not only faster but more secure with SSL and UK hosting. I cannot praise MIchal enough, he was amazing help throughout the whole migration process explaining this step by step and patiently answering all my questions (plenty of them as I was really anxious abou the whole move). I'm sure we will be using MIchal services again, he has a great attitude and work ethic, he's knowledgeable and he able to share his knowledge with you and explain everything even if you are not really familiar with IT world in general. 10000000000000% recommend!
