Bought a journal from this company and I absolutely love it, it's been a vital part of my healing journey and I am incredibly grateful for the beautiful journal. I have purchased a planner today because I am confident it the exceptional quality of the products supplied by this company.

I absolutely love each journal i get from this company, i have used both the anxiety journal and the self love journal so far and both have been brilliant but i've also got the wellbeing journal and the healing journals to try. The best way i can describe my experience is like having a friend in a book, it's someone who will listen to your day, listen to your worries and your achievements and help you feel better and improve your mindset where needed, i also LOVE the colouring in pages included because i can just pick them up at any time for a little doodle, and the gratitude pages are my favourite too because they cover a whole range of things to be grateful for and help me keep little memories in the pages. 10/10 would highly recommend-i've also been involved in the 2025 challenges at the start of the year and the community is amazing so i want to use this review to say a quick thank you to the creator for doing an amazing job <3

I've been looking for the perfect journal for a while and after trying to use daily diaries I found I wasn't being consistent and also drove me mad when there were gaps.
Now I'm using the wellbeing journal, it fits me perfectly! No gaps on pages, no missing days either.
I'm hooked.

A very good experience

I ordered a few items for myself, and for my daughter for Christmas.

The items were shipped quickly. Unfortunately I was away, and I couldn't find the delivery. Anyway the delivery turned up, as it was in the gas control box next to my house.

However, in that time the customer care at Lovendu was amazing. She was helpful, replied immediately. Most importantly the packaging is amazing. If the items weren't packed up as well as they were, the items would have been ruined as they have been in the outdoor elements for a week.

BRILLIANT products and the quality is phenomenal. 5-Star customer care and 5-star packaging.

Trust me when I say I don't like writing bad reviews. I hate it because I am aware of the effect it can have on a business. A while ago now I reached out to who I presume is the owner of Lovendu to ask for a refund for a product a family member had put through for. And I was told that was fine which I found to be very acceptable. But after my 3rd attempt at trying to collect this refund and being told "it was unsuccessful" I got tired of trying. I am a full time carer and can't afford to pay for this that not only did I not get a refund for but even when it didn't go through I hadn't received anything.
So essentially I've just paid out of pocket for nothing. I am severely upset and disappointed and don't honestly know what else I can do or say.

I have spent years looking for the perfect planner that includes habit trackers, and the yearly planner does not disappoint. I love how it includes everything from daily gratitude bubbles, to sleep trackers as well as plenty of space for planning. I LOVE it, thank you ☺️

I ordered the yearly life planner and i absolutely love it! It arrived within a week, which I didn’t mind waiting for. I’m usually a big bullet journal girl buying dotted journals and designing all my own spreads and trackers - something I just simply don’t have the time to do anymore… which resulted in stopping journaling all together. I saw lovendu on Instagram and had a look and fell in love! Almost everything that’s in the yearly planner are things I’d have drawn up myself, things I track and journal regularly but saving time. The pages are so cute and paper is thick enough that ink doesn’t run through to the next page.

Only improvements I’d recommend is an elastic to hold the book closed, and maybe a choice of different coloured covers, or non ringed spines etc. or even a case that you can purchase various planner packs to pop in (a bit like a filofax).

I’ve also brought a couple of the various planner pads too! I have them on my desk at work so I can organise my thoughts on the go. Definitely will be sticking with lovendu for my journaling needs!

Definitely worth every penny!

I absolutely love my new yearly life planner, the quality is beautiful, and I love how well thought out it has been. It contains everything that is useful and usable and no page is wasted on things you will never need or fill out! Every section definitely shows how much thought and care has been put into the product and I love that everything is organised with tab dividers, so you can find what you are looking for easily. The customer service is also second to none. I had trouble with my first order (due to issues with Royal Mail and nothing to do with Lovendu), and they were so understanding and efficient with helping rectify my order. What a brilliant idea and company Lovendu are, I feel so positive about my future now!

Customer service has been spectacular after some difficulties with delivery (which was to do with postal service than the company) but these guys have been amazing with getting back to me very quickly and sorting out my order. I am very please with my journal and will definitely be using this company in the future

I've been meaning to get some kind of planner to help me organise my life but I'm also really interested in mindfulness and physical health. The weekly planner I bought is perfect for me. I am able to keep track of the food I eat, water intake and self care which I include as gym sessions. Additionally there's a gratitude section which I love and helps with mindfulness. There is so much more in the planner which is really useful and I'd highly recommend this company for planners or their diaries for anxiety, happiness ect. Which focuses on subjects you may want to find ways to cope with or include more in your life.
