Customer services were extremely helpful verifying that the item they advertised was the exact one I wanted and ordering was easy. My only reason for 4 stars not 5 was ,I paid for next day delivery , my order was placed at 12.50 and the cut off was supposed to be 1pm. My order wasn't sent next day delivery which I was told was because I had missed the deadline. When I checked my order it was definitely before 1 pm. However it was not pushed through to the warehouse until after the deadline. I will say that I was given a refund on my express delivery as a good will gesture. However I would like to say that if orders aren't pushed straight through to the warehouse then maybe the cut off time should be changed to an earlier time as I did really want the item next day .

Placed an order with supposed next day delivery. Wanted the item quickly.
4 days later still waiting . Messaged customer service through the website. No response.
I would have been better ordering through Amazon!
Would have received the item quicker or at least had a response from customer service!

Great service
Great service, I ordered the wrong paint by mistake so contacted them as soon as I realised. The refund was made straight away unlike some companies who take several days to pay refunds. Also was given some great advice re the paint I may need, added to that I found out that they can mix paint for you in the colour you want and in the finish too. Again, great service, great communication, would definitely recommend them.
