I ordered something on I don't even rememeber the day, maybe the 2nd of November, I did not receive an invoice, or any confirmation. I contacted them via email and they finally got back to me and after back and forth , I am being told that it has not been shipped due to the Canada Post strike, the problem with that is the strike is not a complete shutdown and I have had multiple other packages shipped through USPS -> Canada Post recently that have all been shipped and delievered however this is still not moving. I just want to know where my item is, and if it has been shipped and they fail at that.

No reply to emails requesting a refund despite not receiving the product I ordered. They have taken my money and I have nothing to show for it. Disgusting company.

Total scam! They advertise as an American company but order the products from china which means they are poor quality and take forever to reach the US. I have been waiting over a month for my order and they refuse to cancel it and issue a refund. Basically stole my money.

Do not order their tail plugs got mone and the tail end ripped the same day didn't even use it thats how horrible the quality is. You think for $30 it would be good but absolutely terrible it's the tail glued to the plug no screw and it has thin wood down the middle and the tail just snapped in half. What the heck.

After all of these reviews, I went back to their website and it was no longer available no matter how many times I tried and how many days I tried so I wrote them. They responded immediately, and my package came exactly when they said it would. I'll admit the packaging was lame, the plug itself was fine. A little bit bigger than I thought it would be but hey... 😆

This was my first time buying from this company and I’ll never do it again. I bought a fox tail plug and wasn’t sure if the order even went through because I didn’t receive any kind of confirmation. My package arrived randomly in the mail. I was really excited but upon opening my package the tail was falling apart. It was hanging on to to itself by a few hairs in multiple parts.

1 out of 3 items arrived loose in a plastic bag, not discreet at all and not hygienic. The other 2 never arrived and customer service is not helpful. What a waste of money

My item arrived with a thick layer of dusty grime. The presentation and handling of the product was so horrendous to the point that the image will forever be on my mind if I were to use it (which I’ve decided to just trash it since they don’t pay for return shipping costs)

Ordered a product (in stock at the time). Payment went through. Received confirmation order, and tracking information. Then nothing for 3 months. Contacted support to find out what the issue was. Nothing for 2 weeks. Finally got a hold of them to find out my order had been canceled with no reason as to why. They offered to reship for free. I accepted. weeks later, order canceled again. This time product was out of stock. Now a waiting game for a refund.

The tail I ordered looks nothing like the pictures provided on the website. And the two day shipping is an absolute lie it took over a week to get. My order was around $80 and this is not the quality I expected for that price.

I have experienced terrible customer service from this company. After placing five orders over a period of eight or so months, I had problems with three of those order. With the last order, I received two separate emails for the two different items I order. After receiving the first item, which was gifted to someone else, I checked the shipping status of the second item only to find out that item was said to have shipped with the first item. After contacting the company about the error, they responded five days later asking for a picture or video of the original packing showing the item received and the other item as missing. I explained that the first item that was received had already been gifted and I no longer had the item or packaging to provide a picture. They told me they could not help with THEIR MISTAKE without a picture or video. I will not be doing business with this company ever again. On another note, it is quite obvious that all the positive reviews for this company on trustpilot.com are completely fraudulent.

Received an item which fell apart before use. Sent photos in an email within the week and the company will not reimburse me and called me a liar. Wanted an unboxing video to prove the item was in poor condition on arrival. However the item only fell apart once I actually handled it. Split into three pieces. Very poor customer service, and very poor quantity item. Sad because I was so excited.

I received my order today. The first try is good and I would definitely order again. Yay!

Everything is set once I receive the product. There were no difficulties, dents, or allergic reactions.

2-days delivery? Say no more. It's the best thing I have ever experienced from shopping online.

Placed an order and did not receive it for over a month. Reached out to service after I didn’t receive an update on my order after 7 days and was told the product had shipped and an email already sent (‘check my junk mail’). Requested the email be resent at which point I was sent a shipping email for that day which won’t work until my package is done n Canada (sent 12 days after placing my order). LovePlugs is international so my order is coming from China, eventually maybe. I have no confidence after one month that this company intends to honour my order. When I email for clarification I am sent a generic form letter that does not address my concerns.
